There is still no light at University of Port Harcourt and Aluu, the IPP talk by rigarmortis is untrue. Lots of IPP in Rivers State yet most parts of Port Harcourt the capital are in darkness most times. We cannot achieve 10000MW in the next 2 years because there are no power projects underway. The only project in Nigeria at the moment is how to bring back Goodluck in 2015. It went yesterday, and you can do it 5 times making it 25 minutes. The venue is either ICTC or BASIC building which is a walking distance from each other.
