Job Description

We seek a motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving company growth.

Responsibilities

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the energy industry
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
● Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
● Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies
● Create business development goals
● Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
● 2-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the energy sector
● Strong understanding of the energy industry and current market trends
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
● Experience in preparing commercial tenders a plus
● Experience with dealing with NAPIMS and handling NipeX portal a plus
● Experience in utilizing other IOCs bidding applications a plus
He/She must be living around Berger to Mowe environment

The Production process
