It could be as a result of anything but I tell u most solemnly that if you:
1. Take lots of fruits after meal. I don't mean taking one orange then you conclude that you have taking fruits o. Water melon, banana, orange, pineapple, apple

2. Take food that contains lots of iron like white beans, cashew or cashew nuts, whole grains(maize, bread with wheat content,)

3. Avoid things that will cause your blood temperature to jump like watching pornography, engaging in self-pleasure, etc.
