This post is misleading... What was delivered is the Head Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) ... This is the equipment that converts heat from Gas turbine generator exhaust to steam (heat from exhaust is use to heat water to form steam) the steam can then be used for running the steam turbine power generator and plant processes.

I have an XLS 2001 Toyota Avalon for Sale.

The car was neatly used with just minor scratches as synonymous with Lagos driving. The car recently returned from Ondo and Ekiti State and reason for selling is because I recently bought a 2006 Avalon.

Everything works very well. Just buy and drive.

Some features of this 2nd generation Avalon:

The second-generation Avalon grew larger in almost every respect. It was still based on the stretched Camry platform and was powered by a 3.0 liter 1MZ-FE V6 engine equipped with VVT-i, shared with the Toyota Sienna, Lexus RX300, Lexus ES, and the Toyota Highlander, making 210 hp (157 kW) and 220 lb·ft (298 N·m). of torque and paired to a 4-speed automatic.

This Avalon was available in two trims: the basic XL and the upscale XLS. Standard features include electroluminescent Optitron gauges, 4-wheel disc ABS, front torso side airbags and 15" alloy wheels. 6 loader JBL audio system, Vehicle Stability Control. However the front center seat is a tight fit for an adult passenger. Dual climate control, larger 16" wheels, and driver's and passenger's power seats were also available.

This second-generation Avalon also featured a built-in 115V AC power inverter, the first car with such a feature. This was dropped in the third-generation Avalon; yet, the Toyota Matrix, Sienna, and Scion models now offer such an inverter.

The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) says it has begun the process of delisting 38,717 dormant or portfolio companies from its register.
The commission’s Director of Public Affairs, Mr Churchill Williams, said this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Tuesday in Abuja. Williams said the affected companies were those that failed to file their annual returns to CAC as required by sections 370 to 378 of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA).

According to him, the move became necessary after the companies also failed to respond to several notices of de-registration from the commission through various channels.
“The comprehensive list of the affected companies was sent to all the state offices, apart from newspaper publications, and also on the (commission’s) website, to enable people check and then file their annual returns.
“The issue of annual returns is very vital to CAMA because it informs the commission of the viability of a company and its status as a going concern.
“So, failure to file annual returns has very serious consequences on the commission itself because dormant companies don’t contribute anything to the economy because people register these companies for a one-off purpose.

Most people believe that matrimonial causes is mostly about divorce and judicial separation. whereas there is also a petition for a decree of restitution of conjugal rights.

Restitution of conjugal rights is when either of the spouse fails to perform his/her duties in the home , then the other person can apply to court to make sure/ ensure that the other partner do the important and the necessary..... . Especially to perform the obligation as husband and also as a wife.

However , the petitioner in a petition for a decree of restitution of conjugal rights shall state the date on which the petitioner and the respondent last cohabited and the the circumstances that makes it to cease.

The petitioner shall also state the manner in which the written request for cohabitation expressed in conciliatory language was made to the respondent to show sincerity of the petitioner pursuant to Section 49{6} of the Matrimonial Causes Act. Where the written request was not made, the petitioner should state the particulars of the special circumstances that would justify the making of the decree notwithstanding the failure to write such a request. Furthermore, the petition shall state the petitioner sincerely desires conjugal rights to be rendered by the respondent and that the respondent still refuses to perform his/her conjugal rights. In conclusion, when the court is convinced that the respondent really failed/neglected/ refuses to perform his/her conjugal rights then the court can restore same.
