Our international sales of Crude Oil that had been capped as per OPEC quota, will now be expanded through international sales of Nigerian refined products.

But if you are not interested in Dangote's money to buy your crude, he will get the necessary crude from the many willing neighboring countries who are also desirous to increase their crude oil sales.

So who will buy Euro 5 fuel from the refinery when cars are already using euro 6? Afghanistan?

This post is misleading... What was delivered is the Head Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) ... This is the equipment that converts heat from Gas turbine generator exhaust to steam (heat from exhaust is use to heat water to form steam) the steam can then be used for running the steam turbine power generator and plant processes.

I have noticed that people don't always try to factor in the context.

@Femiotedola was referring to the refinery when he said $13 billion well spent — not just the generator.

The headline is misleading kind of... the generator can never be of 13bn Dollars... the refinery itself I just 1bndollars plus the said amount perhaps otedola meant the total or contract sum for the refinery project.
