Is it the best Android TV Box - Yes.

Are there cheaper alternatives? yes but not of the same quality. Apple TV is the CLOSEST. Xiaomi MI TV Box S is also good but not as good. You can also purchase cheap Chinese tv box on Jumia. Plenty there.

Can I install all Android apps on it? No, but you can install many Android apps and games that are compatible. You can also sideload apk apps.

Does it play Nvidia games? Yes, it comes with Nvidia GeForce Now. Many games in the repo can be installed and played. I do not play Nvidia GeForce games. I prefer ps.

Does it come with controller? No, Nvidia Shied Tv pro 2019 do not ship with controllers. Bluetooth controllers however should work without any issue.

Does iptv work on it? Yes, there is no iptv service I've come across to doesn't have the compatible Android apps for Nvidia Shield TV Pro.
