As for the route, the government reserve the right to change the route to however they want. The fact that Landmark does not own the new route diminishes your line of argument. Besides, if you check the original route, you would notice that real buildings would have to be demolished. The current route minimizes the amount of buildings to be demolished. Your tribalistic mind would not allow you to see that. Those multi-storey buildings that would have been destroyed if the original plan was followed does not matter to you. You care more about an almost empty beach because it affects your kinsman.

You are not making sense. Landmark was trespassing on the beach. That beach is a public property. His actual property was never touched. I actually don't see anything wrong in him using the beach. The approval in question is regulatory approved to start selling aviation fuel and diesel to our local market where as the report is talking about getting approval to start refining petrol.
So for a refinery that is said to started refining crude a few months ago, it is now that you will need a special approval to refine petrol
