Abia state has Umuahia and Aba, taken care of by Abia state government.
What do you have in Imo? Only Owerri. Every four years, every Imo governor destroys what his predecessors built in Owerri, and starts his own, rural areas near Owerri become ghettos of concrete houses without any social infrastructure.
Imo people, mostly from Owerri, clap, because they are selling Owerri lands for millions of Naira per plot.

The bolded is a statement borne out of ignorance. As of 1966, what became today's Anambra state has only one qualified urban city. With the creation of Anambra State in 1991, Awka became a bona-fide urban city because of capital city status.

Enugu has been ravaged by water scarcity for over 100yrs. It appears that the leaders of the state are clueless as to how to solve the age long menace.

Aside dilapidated roads and filthy environment, enugu is equally battling acute water supply.

Most residents of enugu metropolis goes for days without bathing due to water scarcity. People in enugu drink coloured water because of portable drinking water.

Enugu is equally the poverty capital of southern Nigeria(NBS). It is yet to be known if the water scarcity in the state is directly linked to the poverty in the state.

What does your insult, if any, means? Owerri, in its class, has the same hospitality industry as does Las Vagas. I suggest you spend one night in the outstretch of Las Vagas strip so you could be instantly educated. I know your level of knowledge is very local with respect to this discourse.

You ignorantly post narratives. Besides zoo, what tourism site could government of Nigeria support talk less Imo State. All the entertainments on Leas Vagas Strip are hotels. All the gaming spots on the strip are owned by hospitality giants such as MGM. The games and casinos in Las Vagas are not organized under tree but inside hotels. I suggest you make trip to Las Vagas once in your sorry life. Please name one such tourism or entertainment center in Las Vagas.

It reads "The tourism, games and entertainment industries provide more than 315,000 jobs in the state of Nevada". I pinched myself and said this dude has not moved pass the border of Port Harcourt talk less USA. The hotels you frowned at Owerri Imo State are the same hotels you tended to embrace in Las Vagas Nevada. Games and entertainments which attracts tourism to Nevada is due to the hospitality industry not in spite of it. Again, Las Vagas hospitality industry is driven by big corporations in USA which own everything from beer to jet engines manufacturing outfits.
