hmmmm words

u nailed it bro, even as a GEJ i am I didn't vote, i was glancing the net checking for updates, refreshing nairaland...

that's the truth bro
funny. I voted for the first time. For GEJ and I saw only few young guys out to vote. The majority were older ones and I wondered why. Its really bad. And we keep complaining about the northerners ruling us all the time when we are too lazy to sacrifice a day every four years to vote. I think the northerners deserve to rule they earned it. wink

I disagree, We in Benue are predominantly Christian nearly 92%, we voted APC because our Governor Gabriel Suswan is killing us in the name of Governor. WE believe when the big man is out, His power will be limited. Imagine no salary for 7 month now, Polytechnic on strike for 5 months, empty promises etc
that explains your state alone bruh. Am looking at the bigger picture. South-east south-south and north-east and north-west. Only taraba pdp won in core north and taraba is mostly christians. Ss and Se PDP won what do you think happened there? The only reason PDP got votes from NE and NW is because PDP is the ruling party. Only the South-west(yorubas) are indifferent.

Still does not explain the states I mentioned. It also does not explain Taraba.

Then again....the drop in oil prices might have played a bigger role in this election. People are not benefiting as much as they used to.

Then there is Boko Haram...and the govt's handling of that.
there are many reasons sire but when listing the major ones tribalsm and religion will be there. If buhari fails(which I don't pray for) in this first four years the northerners will still give him millions of votes as usual. Trust me
Nairaland General › Re: 2015 Nigeria Elections In Maps by Owliver(m): 11:53am On Apr 04, 2015
bushdoc9919:
Then how do you explain the follwing states...

Benue, Kogi and Kwara?

Benue that is over 90% Christian went for APC.

Kogi...with a sizeable Christian population went for APC.

Even Kaduna fell to APC....when in the good old days of 2007....it had a hard core of PDP supporters even in the Hausa speaking north.

PDP lost for many reasons....religion does not really play a major role.
religion and tribalism played a great role in that election. Especially tribalism

wonder y dis northerners are so populated like dis, shekau have to put more effort this time, it seems d dead ones are rising again
their population is not the issue here. They are always ready and willing to treck miles and wait under hot sun to vote their person while on the other hand the southerners are always ahome pinging and browsing instagram and facebook and saying "my votes don't count"

Cos u've behaved childlishly here to the extent of wanting to cause a tribal fight between Ahmed and Urself... myself and u no be mate for us to be exchanging words here...but let's just forget everytin
you keep bringing me back grin for the bolded shows you think like a little baby. Your older than me and am sure am older than some here. Why bring age now hahahaha I laugh. As for the ahmed issue yes I spoke my mind concerning northerners and we clarified it how does that concern this issue na. Your behaving like a lady bringing out things you shouldn't. As dan advised forget this issue. You need to sleep.

Am glad everybody now sees why he called me a hypocrite Loooolz* not worth it after all. Its all just cos I supported GEJ that's all, that's why he always objected against me talking politics. Hahahaha. As for zeez lemme just tell you am not a two-faced niggar am straight foward, that's all I have to say. Goodnight everybody smiley

I wont engage u in any conversations again here...I thought u're mature enough for us to settle dis ish,i never knew u were trying to complicate it.Well, wat u said was wat I posted here(God is our witness). If u're mature enough,u shouldnt be saying thrash that would making u to be creating enmity between urself and others here.U need to grow up more bro.Once again,i dont av any issue against u
its you that needs to grow up. I put it to you that you lied about what I said. You got no reason to call me an hypocrite. You are the hypocrite here for engaging me in politics when your buhari was already winning which ofcos I still did and you insulted me twice. Pls don't quote me again. Have a great night.

U categorically told me dat u voted for PDP but u knw u've messed up here cos of d way u were shouting PDP before d election and that u've stepped on some many peoples toes... U talked dat if GMB enters he should increase our allawee... My thought was that u would just come here and behave urself not knowing u would come and be talking different things again. What got me vexed was d way u were praising APC and later telling people that u were joking... U're a very jovial young man but u must learn not to be joking with everything bro
The 1st bolded confirms your a bloddy liar. I never said I messed up. I only said I wished we had another person in place of buhari. I also told you I was dissapointed at jonathan's govt. 2nd bolded ofcos I said that who wouldn't, so I shouldn't expect such cos if buhari wins cos I voted pdphuh 3rd bolded can you all imagine what mayor thought I would do. Wtfk is the meaning of that? 4th bolded i was surprised you all believed me. Ok if I rili changed why didn't I stay there since apc wonhuh You have no point to call me a hypocrite mayor. You are the one I should call an hypocrite for engaging me in politics and throwing insults while you were the kicking against it before just because buhari was already sure of victory. I think people will judge and see who's the hypocrite here. Abeg swerve
