I dont like the way the administrator delete posting on this forum. I posted Training on Tank Design and he deleted it on the ground that it might be a scam. He should be able to differentiate scam posting from genuine ones. If it has been deleted on the ground that it was posted on the wrong forum, I would have accepted it.

Any professional Engineer will know that it is a genuine posting because I took pains to give all the details regarding the training. I have not even asked participants to pay yet but to notify me of their interest. The reason is to get the number of people that are interested to enable the company plan for them.

There is also an avenue for intending Course Training Participants to meet with me. I dont think any Qualified Engineer will pay money without making enquiries.

THERE IS BIG HOPE FOR YOU. THE ONLY THING IS THAT YOU HAVE TO DEVELOP YOURSELF. YOU WILL BE VERY LUCKY IF YOU ARE AN ENGINEER. AS A MECHANICAL ENGINEER YOU CAN BE TRAINED AS A QA/QC OFFICER, SAFETY OFFICER, AUTOCAD SPECILIST IN THE AREA OF PIPING ETC. IF YOU ARE ABLE TO ACQUIRE ANY OF THESE TRAININGS, YOU WILL BE BETTER THAN ANY FIRST CLASS WITHOUT TRAINING. BESIDES MOST COMPANIES ARE NOT LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO TRAIN RATHER THEY ARE LOOKING FOR TRAINED PROFESSIONALS.

I HAVE ATTENDED INTERVIEWS IN WHICH FIRST CLASS AND MASTERS DEGREE HOLDERS COULD NOT MATCH ME EVEN WHEN MY GRADE IS AVERAGE. THE SECRET WAS THAT I HAVE ACQUIRED MORE SKILLS THAN THEM.

THE OTHER THING IS THAT YOU SHOULD PRAY ALSO FOR GOD'S FAVOUR AND MERCY, THE SKY WILL BE YOU LIMIT AND YOU WILL SECURE JOB EVEN BEFORE A FIRST CLASS APPLICANTS.
