I've always felt it was over hyped/overrated, and not worth all the effort, so thank you for finally confirming it.
I'd rather invest all that energy into making delicious pot of plantain pottage with fresh mackerel, (actual edible) greens, crayfish, fresh peppers and onions, with a generous amount of fresh palm oil.

God bless you! I’ll give the dish a 7/10 not because I think it’s sooo yummy, but because of the stress and effort that goes into making it, plus the plenty proteins as well. It is both stressful and expensive, by the time I’ll be done making it, I’ll be too tired to eat
