I'm happy this game ended the way it did. Nigerians are so selfish and stupid, we allow all form of parochialism to becloud our sense of judgement. Coach Manu has demonstrated his utter foolishness by the tactical blunders he committed. for crying out loud why should the likes of Iheanacho and Yahaya be on the bench for average players like Godwin et al ? if you tell us you have a tactical formation in mind and you cant incorporate these whiz kids into your formation then Manu is nothing short of a midget or at best an administrative failure. You this stupid coach kept telling us that these star boys are rude and your team doesn't need individual skills, you should have seen where your foolishness has landed us, even coach Samson SiaSia and Goalkeeper Emmanuel Babayaro have publicly condemn Manu's selection as the most biased and foolish selection ever in the history of football, this is the first time in global history when the bench players is stronger than the first eleven. Manu, your foolishness has cost you this world cup, with you or without you, iheanacho, Nwakali and Yahaya will be great, if Messi and C. Ronaldo are Nigerians and under twenty, i can bet with anything that they will be on your bench rather than first eleven. i'm happy kelvin the Nigerian-German showed you his true worth. Pls board the next flight and get ur dark ass back to Nigeria.

Manu garba has shown the classical definition of most nigerian coaches,ever vindictive with no sense of compromise.how can in a crucial game with nothing goin for you u decide to make your first change in the 80th minute,isnt that total stupidity,u left out ihenacho,simon who would have supported awoniyi and worst still he had no sense to make his final substituion.
what a mess, the germans were dam taller than us yet you played a 4 5 1 formation leaving awoniyi to drag his own against tall defenders.ok it didnt work out.a simon would have come on on the left with and ihenacho in the middle (who obviously would have been heavily marked) to pull defenders to himself and find awoniyi in space..worst still despite all the strides towards the german goal we could not manage a capable decent shot from outside the box,preferring to play tiki taka in the midst of long legged tall guys kai.

second half,i expected the first sub to be made right in the 50th minute,since the germans seemed to have slowed down,changing to a 4-3-3 going foward since we coudnt make you of the mid field effectively and 4-5-1 or 5-4-1 when coming back to defend.yet we kept playing high balls..dammm manu is a complete disgrace a total nd complete disgrace..
excetly the same thing that happened to Sfalcons against sweden where desire was forced to become an awoniyi till ordega came in..simon would have done the job of oshola .
i hope edwin okon is watching cos he had better not repeat garba's mistake,,garba has just exhibited siaisa tendencies to which he has learnt fro his lessons.

Yep I concur - you are absolutely right - i was surprised when the commentator told the viewer what teams the Germans were playing for. Many of them were playing for top teams and it showed because they played with swagger whereas Naija were ineffective thru out

It's high time we made a foreign manager our coach at youth levels.

Take it or leave it, we can't progress father without a foreign technician at the helm of affairs. It's very clear our indigenous coaches suck at managing young talents. NFF, get our youth teams a foreign technical crew.

Abi den fix dis match ni??...fixing can come in many ways. e.g benching ur best leg in an important match....its such a shame....even the german couldnt score more dan one....if d germans were so superior dey shd av scored more dan 1....and if nigeria had had a better coach we wud av bn able to survive dis german team

Garba should talk senses into these Boyz. They are giving the Germans too much respect. 0 display of confidence, no tactics, no articulation and coordination. So far, it seems the Germans are dictating the pace of the game, and more reason we are losing possession of the ball so easily. Just few touches and we end up losing it to the opponent. We don't need the gra gra style, all we need is to calm the ball and play with more focus and determination.

Lastly, bring on Yahaya, Isaac and maybe Iheanacho.
