I'm facing the same problem also. I've been going to the bursary as well as calling IPPIS on the phone but they always tell me that they have escalated my details to their payroll department. This is already one month now.

Has anyone faced this issue before? Pls advice me.

I can't really understand the criteria of withholding some peoples December salaries till now and at the same time paid some.
If we are not entirely ready for ippis, let's look for another solution.
