i am not painting anybody black, he is assuming things he tought i intended..i have shipped through him that same month..he never told me he was paying for the latop on my behalf, how do u expect me to know he got the laptop??i tried to pay him on friday with internet..did not work..when he contacted me on monday he still did not let me know..and i travveled that same day.in business you never know what will come up,if he had told me that he got the laptop i would have compromised to pay for it that monday knowing i can sell it back, i travelled that day withoout the knowledge that he has paid for the laptop,i spent all the money i had then in school,when i came back..i was broke..couldnt even pay to get the blackberry i got with my own money ..tried everything i could to see if i can pay him for the laptop when i came but i couldnt...this issue was partially caused by him,

Yes on the said day,(Nov 27, 2015), u sent me a link for macbook worth $550, and u asked me to try and negotiate with the seller for $500, after i called the seller, he agreed, then i informed you that he has agreed(Laptop $500+fuel $20+$60 ship to lagos)...following ensued..

*Ozor....."offer him $500, if him agree, i go pay", waitin him talk?
*me.........send ya deposit, i dey wait, him don gree $500
*Ozor ....Okay give me ur account number, will transfer everything (via online banking), ...At this stage, because of the fact that you were a regular, i dusted my car and got on the road..with the hope that before i get to the sellers adress, i would have gotten the alert..


On getting to the sellers adress, i informed you that i still dey wait for alert ohh,(even d oyinbo dey look at me as if i won carry laptop run) then ur reply was..."i will transfer everything" So i decided to pay from my pocket(pending when his transfer comes through), then i left for my job cos i was running late..



November 28th, i asked him oga how far? his reply was ..."baba gt bnk no gree load for my e banking", but i don copy ur account for front page..

November 30th, i asked you again, Oga whats happening, its been 4 days now, no reply,
-then he said" Sorry, gimme some mins, i will get back to you"...

Decemebr 4, was when it donned on me that you were not going to pay for the Laptop you asked me to go pick..Next time u hit me up was December 13th, stating that you were sorry that you went to school......"SO YOU MADE ME PAY FOR LAPTOP OF $500 AND U ARE SORRY THAT YOU WENT TO SCHOOL"?,


December 15th, u hit me up again, and i told you that you should go pick ur items, its with charles...ur reply was Ok!..(that was the last time i heard from you for the year(i actually lied that ur item was with charles, lets see if you will pay)..


January 16th, was the next time we communicated, this time you were asking me for my next ship date..."YOU NEVER ASKED HOW FAR WITH THE MACBOOK", and even though i gave you my make shift shipping adress(cos i was not in califonia), u still never shipped a pin to me..."I GUESS UR CONSCIENCE DEY PRICK OVER WHAT YOU DID". from then on, u started shipping items lesser valued(not d regular type u do ship) to see if i have forgotten..(from dead phones to phone parts)...i simply played along so as to draw u out

exactly november last year, i contacted mikky on whatsapp to help me pick up a macbook pro from a craigslist seller. i sent him the link to help me cross check , later told him to bargain $500 from the original $550 the pc was listed for. few hours later he told me the seller has agreed to accept the $500, that i should pay so he can go get the latop, i said okay ..i will get back to you.. this happened in the morning .
Later that same day i got an impromptu call from school telling me that most of my results were missing.I left everything i was doing that time and travelled down to school.i was without a phone and had no access to the internet. i stayed there for over 2weeks.
During that period, my elder brother called me through a friend telling me that someone sent him a text with a foreign number ,i then asked him to forward the sms to me .Here exactly was the content of the message "how far i no come here from you again... found a buyer for the laptop"
he sent another message again saying. "i have shipped your laptop together with your phone please payup to collect your package .
i had earlier sent a blackberry torch 2 to his adress same time we talked about the laptop.

When i came in dec 2nd week i went online i saw he posted the laptop up for sale for N135k ..

i spent alot of money in school the period i was there to solve the result issue .i was very broke. i spent all the money i had on me ,
i tried to borrow from friends to collect my blackberry .. i couldnt come up with the money..i forgot about it since there was nothing i could do....
fastforward to march this year.. i was able to borrow little money from friends to start up again ..i bought an iphone with a cracked screen and shipped it to him, he sent the phone down the following week..i sold the phone ..i used the money to get a slippers, an iphone 5s and some phone parts. i sent everything to him.. then i discovered the phone was bad.i contacted him immediatley that i would like to return the phone ,he said okay hell do that for $25, i pleaded with him to help me reduce the price a bit.he said he was going to drive to the post office and spend time on the que.

that very moment i asked him to ship the phone like that..then the following day i made up my mind that it would be better to return the phone so i asked him to keep it with him there pending when i get money for the refund..which was really difficult for me
so this week i contacted the seller and pleaded with him to please accept the return after over a month , which the seller agreed and sent me his adress.
I was finally able to raise the Said money he needed yesterday, i immediately sent the money to his account , then i sent the adress he was to return the phone to on whatsapp.
that was when he started telling me that he threw caution to the wind 5months ago to get the laptop for me and i refused to pay that he has seized my phone and slippers , and the money i sent to him ..that i should pay $600 to his dollar account before i can get anything
