What she meant is that minimum amount that can be transferred via Payoneer to Payoneer is $50 .
Also, since If its a new card, you'll need to receive Payment from any of their partner sites e.g. Fiverr, freelancer, etc. before you can receive transfer from another Payoneer holder

what other ways can i use to bypass this thing ?? Im not a freelancer and i dont know if anyone would allow me receive vai there account

hmm... I think it's time to open an account in a couple of "promising" banks, then move funds around as their rates changes as at when needed...

sometimes it's not worth it,those fragments of 1k initial deposit arround several banks nA better money,if I can get 320 with 1k daily limit that should be okay

That is possible because i got a contradicting mail today stating the daily limit as $3,000. So I'm actually trying to confirm and correct any discrepancies as it was also today i got told the daily limit is $1000 from the EXACT same source.
