Ended up recieving item by 11:45pm almost midnight, i had to walk to the estate gate to get it because the gate has been locked. very unprofessional like i was begging her to sell to me. First time buying from her and i swear i will never try it again.

Same day i ordered shoe from another person here a guy. And the guy was giving me back to back responses on chat, he sent dispatch rider number at first request and i was able to track movement and received my item early without stress.

Wish I saw this earlier. Very terrible experience with this vendor. Ordered a shoe, told her I have difficulties with knowing the exact size, since I know I wear 44 but I see some of my sneakers are 45. We agreed on 45, and I paid, only for her to send 46 (intentionally, claiming some clients lega are bigger). I reached out to her and told her and we talked and agreed on sending the shoe back, but due to the size of the 46, we weren't even sure if 45 will be my size. I asked for her address which she ignored and said she'll send logistic to come pick it. I then told her I'd like to change the shoe since it didn't look like what I was going for, I selected a totally different brand and the size that I was sure would fit me since my brother had one. It was more expensive and I agreed to pay the extra balance.
Mind you she takes her sweet time to reply, the day would run out and you won't hear from her.
The dispatch guy called and said I had a package with delivery fee. I was like delivery fee? That the vendor would handle that since it was a mistake from her end that required me returning the shoe in the first place.

I reached out to her and she said since it was an exchange to a different shoe I had to pay for dispatch. I told her it doesn't make sense, you said you intentionally sent a size we did not agree in and you still want me to take financial responsibility for your mistake? Mind you paying the delivery again meant I'm paying half the price of the shoe just on delivery. She was adamant I'd pay the delivery since it was an exchange. I told her if it was like that I wasn't interested and I'd like a refund, the transaction didn't make sense anymore. She said she doesn't do refunds. That she'll send that same shoe size 45, I reluctantly agreed cos I didn't know she didn't do refunds.

For her to send me my correct order, she's still insisting I pay a delivery fee, even after admitting severally she intentionally sent me the size 46, that it is the both of us that should bear the financial burden, which I pointed out to her that I don't see how she's bearing any financial burden here. Explained to her, she refused an exchange, she refused a refund, that she must send that exact shoe at the correct size (if she was to bear any burden) , but still want me to pay a delivery again. Reluctantly I told her to send the shoe I'd pay the delivery, but she kept saying I'm claiming smart. She ended the conversation saying she has closed the deal and stopped replying my texts ever since, and cut off my call when I called.
