Wow, almost getting to 60 already, I just took sometime off to think about what I want to do pertaining the shipping job and NYSC tins and you guys have gone up to 58, wow you guys are fast o. Anyway, I have decided to forfeit the shipping job and focus on getting my NYSC discharge certificate, I know that I have made the right decision after consulting from my family, friends and fans. Thanks y'all for taking your time to give me your own advice.

hopeyemmy: Well, erm, erm *clears throat* IMHO, I think the batch B going this early was stemmed from not wanting the muslims among them to spend the better part of camp fasting for Ramadan, as Ramadan comes in 16 days or so.
Either it comes early or not, my prayer remains that we all won't miss out this time around after the batch B disappointment.

Good Morning my fellow colleagues, I just want to appreciate all of you that took your time to advise me on the issue which I tabled earlier in OUR house, I'm really touched by your concerned about my well-being, i'm really proud to be a member of this house. Happy sunday my fellow colleagues in thesame struggle, I just need your advises on what to do, I am one of you. I got disappointed twice for the NYSC (batch A $ B 2013), currently I am awaiting batch C which of course I'm making it due to the fact that our result has been released $ everything has been done, the collection of the statement of result has started, but just as I am waiting for batch C like us all here, an opportunity just flew in for me that I should apply for a sailor in a fishing company $ they are calling on me to go for my international passport $ other requirements which they need, the salary is very good but I will have to spend most of my time sailing to other countries. Now I am contemplating whether to forgo the NYSC $ focus on this career? I don't know what to do. Please I need your advise.

There is a rumour that ASUU is going on strike now my question is this if ASUU should really go on strike will it affect our mobilization and NYSC parole? Will the DSA of each school go on strike too?? I need answers please thanks. You all should have a lovely day ahead.

the DSA is under NASU $ if ASUU should go on strike that doesn't mean NASU will follow dem, but ur worry should be if ur dept has sat $ released ur result cos if they haven't $ ASUU go on strike then that's a problem. So ur worry should be on ur dept cos that's the only stumbling block as far as I am concerned.

@WinnieDPooh, we were not mobilised in our dept, but as for Helenqolinz, I've not heard 4rm her, maybe she made it, can u believe that only 801 students were mobilised in my school for Batch B? I believe that batchC will be a mammoth crowd. Like I said GOD's time is the best.

Its so disheartening that one have to wait for oct/nov to get mobilised, well, its june 11th already, very soon time-table $ other NYSC activities will follow suit, so for that man or lady dat brought out that news of 820 people going for batch C I advise him/her to think twice b4 coming out with such news. My dept did not mobilise anybody for batch B, so we are expecting a massive crowd for batch C. NB: our result are our $ we've checked it, senate has approved it but we were late in submitting the list that's why we fail to go for batch B. But anyway, we thank the good lord for everything, I believe it happens for a good reason. So here I am... A prospective batch C corp member.
