4stylz:Look at you, you've just made two different statements that contradicts each other, which clearly put out your ignorance in display. However, what I mentioned in my earlier post, I still stand on it; the ordinary people on the streets that exhibit exemplary courage and character should be honoured not theifs, who do nothing but steal us dry and Ezewon Nyeson Wike is a typical example. Go and hug the nearest transformer, if that would do you any good. |
muhammedbilal:There is NO Allah, my friend & neither forgiveness or repentace exit after death, unless the LORD decide to show mercy. Take the bold step today and accept the only Redeemer of the World - JESUS CHRIST as your LORD and Savior, as only then will you be certain of eternal peace and happiness both in this world and the one hereafter, |
Why keep them and waste our collecting resources on them? |

Former Niger Delta militant, Ateke Tom, says following the crisis that broke out during the APC governorship rally in Okrika, Rivers state last week, the people of Okrika have decided that there will be no more political rallies in their village. According to Daily Independent, the ex militant said this after a stakeholders meeting with the people of Okrika yesterday February 24th. "The people of Okrika have spoken and I am in support of the position that they have taken. My people have spoken: no more political rallies in Okrika. I am in support of their decision. Who am I to say no? You want them to kill me? When the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) held their rally there was no problem. But there was violence when the All Progressives Congress (APC) staged their rally in Okrika; there was violence and people were injured and property destroyed. A police man we were told was unfortunately killed. So, PDP and APC, there will be no more rallies in Okrika. We don’t want violence in Okrika anymore. The people of Okrika want to preserve the exiting peace in Okrika. We don’t want any violence in Okrika. We no longer want any trouble in Okrika. My advice to the youths is to resist the temptation of being lured by politicians to perpetrate violence. Politicians are like that; they will use you and dump you. Any youth that allows himself to be used for violence in Okrika is on his own. Politicians will use you and dump you when you are in trouble. I am warning our youths to stay out of violence because at the end of the day nobody will be there for them” he said.

Thank you, Boma. You are so right on this. I was once like them but left soon as I realised the truth. JESUS CHRIST is our only mediator between man and His FATHER. |
Waiting for the illiterate PGEJ to make news again for yet another ugly reason because that's the exact thing she depicts. |
sauceny:Have you gone naughts? What makes you think everyone of the Eastern extraction is a thief by default? We still have very honest people, even amidst the Igbos. Take note of this. |
kayce911:It's not about religion here, my brother. The truth is; If you don't pay your tithe, you are a thief. |
booqee:I don't understand why you quoted me. |
PrettyEmy:Yes, they exist but very rare. |
That bill board has been in Sapele Road for about 2years now and I'm yet to see a tangible proof of the said Shoprite structure coming up. |
Sajio:Your comment has shown how poor your capacity to remember things are. The penultimate long strike our Universities' teachers embarked as a result of the ASUU-FG face off wasn't during OBJ's regime, Dude. It was during Yar'Adua's govt in 2009 and the clueless GEJ chaired the FG delegation to that meeting. The strike lasted 4months and not 8months as you claimed. You also stated that GEJ has disbursed 20bn to the Universities, please I urge you to make out time to visit any of our Universities nearest to you and find out if there's any commensurate improvement in infrastructure. The same level of corruption that is synonymous with GEJ and his government, has been replicated in the said Universities disbursed sum and nobody has the morale compass to ask the necessary questions regarding how the funds are spent. We can't continue like this, Dude. Our generations unborn would be unhappy with us if we do. GEJ has taken corruption to whole new dimension in the land. I recall the corruption level that greeted the 2nd republic and when compared to GEJ's govt., that of the 2nd republic is only but a child's play. May GOD deliver us from the clutches of GEJ and his inept leadership. Vote wisely. |
bayulll01:GOD bless you for being very honest here. A lot of Nigerians esp., of Igbo extraction still think we are in the 70's. It's about the future of our unborn children and Jonathan certainly doesn't possess the morale compass to take this nation to our el-dorado. |
What has GEJ with his questionable PhD degree achieved coming thus far? |
This is the kind of woman that deserves a national honour, not the likes of Nyeson Wike under whose tenure as supervisory Minister of Education, the Universities were shut down for more than 6months and the Polytechnics for over 12months and yet the clueless GEJ had the temerity to award him a national honour. I'm just pissed with GEJ now. |
Isn't GOD awesome? |
His hands and feet were clearly visible - but baby Silas Philips was in no rush to enter the world. Born still inside his amniotic sac, he has since been described as a 'medical miracle' by doctors. Silas was delivered three months prematurely at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in California. And doctors performing the Caesarean section on his mother, Chelsea, were astonished to see his amniotic sac was still intact. Pictures show Silas curled up inside with the placenta and umbilical cord, his tiny hands and a leg clearly visible. And until the bag was broken, he was still getting oxygen through the placenta, CBS reported. The amniotic sac is a bag of clear, pale fluid inside the womb where the unborn baby develops and grows. The fluid helps to cushion the baby from bumps and injury, as well as providing it with fluids it can breathe and swallow. It also maintains a constant temperature for the baby. Typically the amniotic sac breaks on its own during birth, which is commonly referred to as a mother's 'water breaking'. Or during a C-section, the surgeon cuts through it to deliver the baby. Doctors say the chance of the amniotic sac remaining completely intact after birth is 'ultra rare'. It was a moment that mesmerised Dr William Binder, who delivered Silas. 'Even though it sounds cliched, we caught our breath,' he said. 'It really felt like a moment of awe... and one that will stick in my moment for some time. 'He was seconds old and still in the water bag, with the placenta and umbilical cord tucked inside.' After taking a few seconds to snap the incredible sight in front of him, Dr Binder set to work removing Silas out of his amniotic sac and getting him breathing. However Silas's mother didn't realise the excitement her son had caused until her mother showed her Dr Binder's photo. 'It was definitely like a clear film where you could definitely make out his head and his hair,' she told CBS News. 'He was kind of in a foetal position and you could see like his arms and his legs curled up. 'It was actually really cool to see. And when I heard that was actually really rare I was like "oh my gosh you're a special little baby".' Despite being born at just 26 weeks, Silas is doing so well that doctors hope he will go home within the next month. Actress Jessica Alba has spoken out about her daughter Haven who was born inside the amniotic sac in 2011. She said at the time: 'The doctor had never seen anything like it before. He grabbed the nurse and said: 'Look at this!'. 'I was in the middle of pushing and he told me to hold on a minute and not to push. 'He was wearing basketball shorts and a T-shirt and said: 'Oh I have to get my scrubs on for this!' The sac burst on its own after she came out. It was a trip.' In fact Jessica's experience inspired Haven's name. She explained: 'When I was in recovery we still hadn't chosen her name. [Her father Cash Warren] picked her up and said she came into the world in her 'safe haven' and [her name] clicked right then for both of us.' Culled from UK Daily Mail

Jonathan is a disgrace to Africans and Nigerians. |
babeshayo:Babe, go to a teaching/specialist hospital and request to see an ophthalmologist. You would be just fine afterwards. Get well speedily for us. |
Nigeria say 'Yes' to BUHARI-OSINBAJO ticket come March 28, 2015. |
Someone is not being honest here. |
Wow! So, this dude has been in government for this long time. |
Darryshine1:Look at the early comments on the thread, you will find help. Otherwise, if your height is 1.65m for example; go to metre section and choose 1m and proceed to the centimetre section and choose 65cm. Trust, this would help. |
EdCure:I'm not. His donation was turned down by the campaign organisation. |
EdCure:If they like, let them join Godswill Akpabio to donate funds to Buhari campaign organisations, our stand is for Buhari and the General shall persecute every corrupt individual in Nigeria irrespective of ethnicity, tribe and religion. |
What we Nigerians are clamouring for, is that every corrupt public officer either serving or retired should be reminded in prison. |
I thought they threatened to hold us to ransom. |
