OK,how do I create a post so that it reflects on the particular page I want it to appear

hello nairalanders,I just started using wordpress of recent, the issue is that when i create a POST and try to link it to a PAGE(one of the Menus) apart from the home page, instead of appearing on the page as a POST and also on the home page, it appears on the side bar as a recent post in all the PAGES (menus) then on the home page it appears as a post. Pls i need help in sorting this out. thanks

hi guys, thanks for coming in to help, i run a cafe business some where in Asaba, Delta state. Ever since i started i have been experiencing bad network, i have tested almost the whole network (Mtn, airtel, glo, etisalat visafone and even sat) someone told me about a hotspot network but is demanding for money to connect me to them. so please i seriously need you guys to help me or suggest any solution to my cafe network problem. thanks
