The way the country be now, this age matter is frustrating. banks don't joke with age at all, you know.

these employers have now replaced birth cert with waec certificate, just to nab forgery and lies.

but then, still go and shoot your shot. it may work out but I don't want to lie to you.

that waec is solely for DOB purposes, even if you have name error there won't be problem so far the age tally all round.

it's very unlikely that you'll get in sha. they'll use it against you.

Na preference. Most random official vehicles come in manual but for personal use you can choose auto or manual. The only reason you wouldn't get a 2019 kia Rio by that time is if it hasn't been released. They give the latest model of that Rio as at the time you finish TS

Heard they would deduct 90k from the 259k for the first six months and then 83.3k for the remaining 54 weeks, so meaning they pay 170k during the 2-year trainee period... After that period I don't know that one....
But, that training School na dey person mind now....
I heard it very tasking, stressful and also interesting...
A Friend of mine who is currently working with them said the only interesting thing about working in Access Bank is that Training School package...

I support this ascertion. Ts should start first week of September. I believe the initial plan was to finish processing us(overflow from dec/jan applications) before filling up with June applicants. However, probably they had a rethink and decided to lump the two together for TS processing.

Am almost certain some of them that applied in June that had finished Tm will get mails for final assessment soon. So give them 7 working days for their final assessment and another 10 days for preemployment documents. That should be when they'll now advise on the new date for submission. Na to relax enjoy the next 15 days minimum. By last week of this month we'll submit the forms dey wait for induction and commencement.

like this sef, the work no hungry me again. of only another job will just click for me before then. I will run sharply.

The stress I've gone through for this job ehn, it scares me to think what'll be waiting on the other side when I eventually get the job.

all access bank knows is... 2m, targets, And excellence. especially the last two.

only HR knows, no one else.

the best we can do here is guess or speculate. If you're close to anyone in HR, you can try asking them.

this only thing we know for sure is, TS starts in September. it may be 1st or 30th... who knows.

my advice, try to get on another job recruitment, who knows... it may click and you end up ditching access.

if not, relax and enjoy your holiday till whenever they're ready to call it off.

I've been staring at all these documents since morning. especially the EVIL TWO.

right now, if I see 100k work i will just leave this access people. these requirements are off the chain.

It means you should send the 10 accounts to olasunkanmi's email and copy your account officer. Olasunkanmi already gave us the format at which we should send it to her via email before the final assessment. This is what you send before you get an acknowledgement from them. Abi osas?

I would advise you to follow your Account Officer order.
I would also advise that your mail should be addressed to both olasukunmi and your account officer... That's what my Account Officer told me then.

Offer letter to the Training School with various documents which would be as large as you can imagine, they vary from Asset Declaration, Court Proceedings, and very importantly Guarantor Form - Look for someone who would have atleast 2m in his/her account from the last Six Months....
Don't get bored and angry with the process, just know that you are through already... Training school preparation would follow suit after all this and get prepare for it because as they it's the most difficult in Nigeria Banking Industry.
