Fine 12k is ridiculous but 60k is not a clearance sale price too and it defeats the whole purpose of this thread. Some prices you all put here is higher than market price. Just create your own thread for it.

Over rated Lagos
Biggest slum in Africa closely followed by Ibadan

South West is gone
Modified
Anyway for those quoting me shouting ibo this Igbo that
Lolz this doesn't change the fact that
Odinary
Owerri has more private housing estate more than Ibadan try using goggle earth view now!

Ebonyi state that is even poorer than Aba

Has the biggest mall by landmass in West Africa (bigger than anything the called mall in all Yoruba land expect Lagos combined)

Ebonyi has longest glass tunnel flyover in West Africa

Yet south west don't even have one,

Ebonyi also has 13 flyover bridges with ongoing construction of 7 more

(Which is bigger than the number of all flyovers in South West joint together except Lagos)

You can Google this to verify

And talking about landmass
Nsukka almost doubles your brown roof Ibadan in landmass (gone are the days of lies now statelite technology is here to stay..pics below)

I come from the winning tribe

Tell me you haven't left the Aba without telling me you haven't left Aba.

drip there is serving other purpose like distance measurements.. moreover, I will never try to plant cucumber in commercial level without drip in place...what if rain do not fall for like 7 days or more? Cucumber is not tomato.

I would like to get some form of training from you on this. Any chance you would have time for that? I have block-head in assimilating things from just online explanations most times.

folmus:
What you hear in the news is real.

If you are bent on having a large scale farming in the areas mentioned, set up your independent security apparatus.

Good luck on your investment.

Thank you.

Good day Nairalanderz, I'm thinking of setting up a farm/ranch in Oyo due to the cheap rate at which lands are sold but various news in the media about attacks on farmlands and kidnappings along that route is making me have a major rethink.

Can anyone around Eruwa and Iseyin, Ibarapa LGA or one who constantly plies those route please give an honest opinion of the situation.

Thank you.

How's road access to the land and the distance to the nearest town?

Draslo:
