Of course, investment is risky to the extent that the outcome was not envisaged and is beyon the control of the promoters.

In Olejoke's case, she never invested any money, she simply hoodwinked people with her phony alubosa business which is a good business anyway for sincere and committed people.

Afterall, very mant people made good returns from same business.

In a sane society, not a dubious one like ours, even if the business has issue, those in charge will be transparent enough to prove their innocence and not run away with peoples' sweats and disappear into thin air thinking she is smart.

It may take a while for the repercussions of her actions to manifest in her miserable and from now on, sorrowful life, but no sinner shall escape God's hammer that will smash her brain into hellfire!

Seeing her victims around me, i can't but continue to wonder what sort of evil heart she has.

She and her mother must be by-products of the DEVIL. No other way to explain it.

I know she and her boyfriend (Yomi) read every posts here to know our next plan and how close the victims are to get them but they shiuld expect the shocker if their miserable and fraudulent lives soon

Recommend 2 politicians who can perform magic. I am not happy with the situation concerning the fuel scarcity and the slow economy but we just have to exercise more patient.

On this current fuel scarcity, the MOMAN (Major Oil marketer association of nigeria has not been fair to this administration.

Up until last week when the kachukwu magician story happened., only NNPC was handling 100% importation of fuel. But unfortunately NNPC depends on the facilities of the MOMAN to store and distribute the products.

We all have easily forgotten the terrible scam that went on and on under subsidy when a vessel brought in was used to claim subsidy for 4 vessels.

But all efforts to take these MOMAN out is being thwarted and with so much pressure from the public. The administration has finally given in to MOMAN and the bogus subsidy claims may resume.

Buhari is just one man and cannot be everywhere. It is in our collective interest if Buhari and the country succeeds. We all succeed if he succeeds, now that his govt his having challenges with the fuel situation, it is the Nigerians that feeling the heat.

Nigeria as a country is so far behind that it will be unfortunate for anyone to wish this govt should fail. Rather PMB and his govt needs our prayers and supports but more importantly, he needs our sincere and constructive criticism to help his govt succeed better.

We all should also do our bits to make nigeria better. Those petrol stations hoarding fuel and selling at N200/litre too will blame PMB.

Those vandalising the pipelines and those who profited from the old order too are part of our problems.

We should all purge ourselves of "me,myself and i" syndrome.

Nigerians are so heartless now that they don't mind inflicting pains on others so long as they make money.

Only If the man or woman you see in the mirror will change, then can we experience true change.

Until then, no living Nigerian can achieve much with our attitudes as a people. We condemn others openly while we do worst secretly.

So sad to see an investor lamenting in bitterness, Business is entrepreneurs partnering with investors for the sake of mutual benefit (profit).

I am surprised to see her end up this way, she has no foresight, she lacks vision, she isn't on a mission. All she just wants to do is make money.

How many of you know that if she judiciously invested this man's 23mn and repatriated his profit accordingly , he would come back to invest more, even possibly bringing more colleagues to invest. And before we know it, over the next two/three years, she could have attracted and continue attracting billions of naira in investments, with continuous diligent & honest trading, she could end up becoming a billionaire herself . She lacks this foresight.

Now she only ended up planting sorrows, pains in the hearts of investors, she only ended up discouraging investments to upcoming/budding entrepreneurs that could further redefine turning opportunities to wealth for both stakeholders.

Whatever she stole today, she could have made 10x more in the future if only she had vision, she saw money, she lost self control, she lost self direction, she fell/failed, she had a bright future but allowed a temporal huge sum of money destroy that bright future for both her and the business.

So sad the story that could have become something to reckon with, had ended up with a bad story. The worst part being it makes the business landscape #InvestorUnfriendly.

She collected far more than N23 million from someone i know (N28.1million. to be precise) and there many more people.

She never set out to do any enduring business. She was just smart enough to play on the intelligence of the innocent investors using Nairaland as a veritable platform.

Her tools are

Nairaland and the later Facebook and finally when she started getting money from her victims. She opened her website (those are the platforms )

She had good contact in the north in the name of her supposedly husband who was doing all the purchases. I gathered she hates the sokoto weather. She was only there, a few times and those times were when she took several pictures of herself in the markets buying foodstuffs .

Most of the pictures were meant to sway people into believing that she was on top of her game and not an armchair city woman .

Then she invited people into her scam seminar to further convince those still doubting her. With a bogus claim that she could preserve Onions for two years and people could make triple of their investment.

According to one of those who attended the seminar in may, she even showed some onions she claimed were over 2 years old under special preservation method. .

But there was no structure to grow the business. Aside from the rented flat in Ijoko and a handful of security men.

The quantum of money she received from investors should be over N130million in my conservative estimation.

A visionary business woman wouldn't be extravagant sleeping in hotels buying vehicles for boyfriends and the likes when the business has just started.

From some of her actions and inactions, she was clear on her mission from the beginning but had no clue where it will all end.

Of course in prison for her and possibly with her mother who collects substantial part of the proceeds from her daughter's fraudulent activities.

Justice may take a while to come to fruition just like Ibinabo Fiberesima case but I can assure her she will know no peace in her miserable life from now on

There is the NJC that is saddled with the responsibility of sanctioning erring Judges. This type of matter is reported to them. Not to be bandied about in an open Court. It will incite laymen who don't understand what is happening, against the Judiciary. Many erring Judges had been sanctioned and removed by the NJC without the public knowing. All an aggrieved person need to do is lodge a complaint with the NJC with evidences.

Members of the Bar also have the Legal Practitioner's Disciplinary Committee(LPDC) that takes care of erring Lawyers.

Now, judgement of the Courts that go against the government of the day, will be seen by the populace as judgements procured through bribery. This will go a long way in ridiculing the entire judicial process. People now have more faith in Buhari's judgement than Judgements flowing from the Courts.

The corruption in the judiciary has ban on for many years now.

The case here is not directly with these judges especially but it is aimed at prosecuting the criminal case against Ricky Tafa

So far, what has been the response of the NBA?

What we saw last time was Ricky Tafaw coming to Court with about 90 lawyers largely made of SANS.

If Nigerians are supposed to take their cases to court, what is wrong if Ricky Tafa or any other judge without prejudice to the position of NJC is taken to the same court?

Or are these accused more important than the rest of us?

Even in the recent case of Justice Rita Ofili ajumogobia and the NJC judgement that she will be on the watch list for four years without promotion.

I consider that punishment a slap in the wrist.

There have been several petition against her in the past and when she has been found wanting in the last case, I really can't understand why she has not been retired now.

With this revelation against her, i can't imagine her handling my case, it will be difficult to trust her.

Some things are easier said than done.

Most often not everyone who has lost his/her funds will be willing to spend more.

Secondly, Nigerian Police is a den of corruption.
If you are not well connected, the criminal will leave the station before you. Those who have had encounter with the police will know better. Newspaper advets are very expensive. I trully fear these God Greatly. Could you believe my pastor warned me about these when i invested 15 Bags of Onions worth N75000. So after everything, she sold and returned my money. Before the money even got to my account, it encountered several gallops, several calls been made to know what's still holding payment. If not for GOD and prayers, my money for hang.

Of all her victims she has allegedly defrauded so far, you are the luckiest because you seems to have the least amount.

The solution isn't going to be found here on nairaland. Though, she used the nairaland platform to carry out the fraud.

My reason for posting all these is to prevent more innocent investors from falling into her trap as we have information that some new investors just reading her threads are still paying to her.

Everyday new readers on nairaland are reading her threads for the first time and may still be convinced like so many people were in the past.

Ordinarily, we all should have kept quiet as she is looking for new "magas" to pay so she can settle the stubborn ones among the old "mugus". But I consider it a patriotic duties to raise alarm and prevent other would-be investors from losing their hard-earned money to her like some earlier investors have lost.

Remember, no one will announce here when they pay to her, there is no means of knowing who is about to pay.

I also think seun has a respoibility to allow the moderators to put at the beginning or end of every page of threads of people who promote their businesses or ask for others to invest with them "a caveat emptor" warning "buyers beware" .

It takes one criminal mind to know another one .Additional harmless warning here as it obtains in bank reference form won't be a bad idea giving the rampant cases of fraud in Nigeria these days. Warning the unsuspecting nairalanders to do their due diligence and independent investigation before releasing money to strangers will no doubt save "some fingers from being burnt"

Compliment of the season to you all, Am FarmersFarm on this platform, Sometimes ago i posted a thread about how a Nairalander is been cheated inj Ogbomosho farm and the so called promoter of the farm is not talking but after posting the said thread the promoter finaly responded and the whole issue was settled and now Straight to my point here.

i am not here to support Ibijoke Ogunleye A.K.A Catered4 but i just want to say few things here. First, I want to say i met Catered4 on this site just like all others and i met her in person on the 15th of July, 2015 in which we discussed and she really gave me her attention very well and i was inspired by what she said and advised me about. I do not want to join her in her business but rather i want to learn and do things on my own because i believed that it is far better that way for me and subsequently we talked on phone and also meet on two different occasions or so and i must confess that i like her person basically on the business issue only.

Ibijoke that i met sometimes ago was someone i believed is a woman but has a man brave heart and someone whom i believed to want to inspired people to succeed in the agro biz but i am not writing off that an individual can turn to a wolf when the money start coming and most especially women because it is generally believed that when women that making money they may not want to listen to any one even their hubbies though some are different no matter what. People i read on this thread that all her lines are switched off but i spoke with her early November and i sent an SMS to her three days ago and in which she received my SMS so when people say her lines are off i don't know what to say.

I read all that was posted on this thread about her criminality and how she has defraud some investors. I can not blame anyone because if i have invested money huge capital with someone and such a person is nowhere to be found i will say and do more because to be sincere with you all there are no one to be trusted in Nigeria (After all it was a pastor's personal jet that was used to laund money from the country to South Africa and the so called pastor claimed he knows nothing about it and so all so other religious leader or what do we want to say about those that collected money from former president of the country and informed their church members to vote for him even when they know that the country is not fine) but despite the fact that no one can be trusted there are still some good Nigerians.

My advise, first to you Ibijoke and as i have sent to you in my SMS "That it is your duty to get in touch with those who have invested their money with you no matter what if truly you do not have the intention to dupe them (Am putting it to you to defend yourself if not ......) and also, as for me it is a very simple case as far as i am concern present to yourself with your lawyer to any place you believed the case as been reported write your statement and let those that you are owing come forward and you settle things is just a matter of time for you to refund them no one can kill you after all they it is a business and anything can happen in the world of business. I want to believe you will read this and if not someone will informed you (This is the man that want to suppy Ijebu Garri to sokoto, i believe you will remember me i just sent you an SMS few days ago cuz i dont want to mention my real name here)

To all investor's, it is now all you of you duties to find and locate where ibijoke might be hiding if truly she is hiding from you all, Secondly, try as much as possible to know the truth about her state of being because [b]90% of those who have posted one thing or the other here are not true ( I stand to be corrected [/b]anyway) so that you can be sure of where to go from there because Ibijoke must not die if not all you have invested with her is gone (putting Nigeria Factor in place).

You really don't know the issues, and you don't have the benefit of what we know about her activities.

Perhaps, like you said, she probably never thought she could have access to such huge amount of investors money. She may have lost it. But the facts speaks for itself. I refuse the temptation to reveal too much for now, no one knows where all these will lead to..so it will not be wise to reveal our evidence in public ahead of possible prosecution .I rest my case for now

I just realised she posted one hogwashed and sympathy message on her face book wall where she claimed to be happy to celebrate Christmas trying to shift all her " faked misfortunes" on her former husband as the culprit.

That is her trademark, always looking for who to blame and Weep up sentiments and emotions.

She collected all the money personally through her personsl account, she was the only signatory to the account.

Investigations so far showed she diverted the bulk of the money away from sgreed investment projects, mismanaged the funds, spending lavishly, living in hotels, sharing the money with her mother, younger siblings, etc.

If she believes she is innocent, why then is she hiding? Why is she on the run.

Well, I have news for you, you can only fool some people sometimes but you can't fool everybody every time.

The evidence against you is so much that you will have no way out.

God is watching you in 3D and you shall meet your Waterloo very very soon because you cannot put others in misery and expect God to be happy with you. You can pray as much as you like but your prayers will end up as grave curse on you except you have not defrauded so many as we know.

Ibijoke Ogunleye's heart is evil, whoever has her contact should advise her to turn herself in and defend her indefensible crime against humanity.

Everyone close to her knows she can lie and Weep up sentiments, that has been her weapon of mass defrauding. She once lied to the investors that her father had kidney problem and that her younger brother donated his kidney for her dad, giving that as her excuse for switching her phones for months!! But it was all a white lie from the pit of hell!

What manner of daughter will wish her father kidney damage and surgery where none exist?

Was it her husband that made her lie?

She is extremely evil and yet give you a deceptive appearance

In the past, Men are known to be heartless and wicked when it comes to fraudulent activities that was why it was much easier for her as a married woman with kid to be seen as incapable of defrauding people, more so, when she gave an impression of a very active, workaholic and dogged business woman.

But in reality, she has succeeded in defrauding people of millions of naira.

These days, women have taken over from men in all evil areas such as big time crimes like this.
