The way i see this is that if someone has been convicted and serving a sentence but still appears in court on another case then he can be handcuffed or leg chained inside the courtroom but if the person its still an accused and not yet found guilty, yes u can handcuff him from custody to the court but before he appears before a magistrate/judge the handcuff must be removed. The person is only an accused,not a convict. If metuh stood before a judge in handcuffs then its wrong bcus metuh is only an accused. Besides @op, the pictures u posted are pictures of people who r not inside a court room. The only picture that has d accused in a courtroom clearly shows that the officers r uncuffing him.

Ice prince is in love and has been blinded by it and that girls beauty. I don't really blame him though for trying to protect her........i once met this beautiful girl and we got talking, later on we exchanged numbers and i was over the moon cus this girl was such a beauty. In my mind i was already falling in love and i was bragging to my friends that i had actually found someone that if things work out fine that i could marry her. He said that's what she does and that a lot of guys sleep with her all the time. I said why not. I took d number and dialled it on my phone and my girlfriend's name came up as d contact. To cut it short, i was so pained. I later asked her about it but she denied everything. But i could tell she was lying. But i decided not to push further but just be enjoying her kitten but i detached any kind of feelings i had for her. Its even over a year and we still sleep together.
