Good day mama's am a ttc with a regular period if 28 days but for the past 1 year i usually have a delayed period it stays 30 -34 days. A friend said i may be having a hot womb and will need to cool it down. pls what do i do? Is there any home remedy for that or anything i can do pls help your sister.
