One thing I want us all to realize is that not all of us can be skinny. We cannot all be the 'tiny tiny no butt size 8'. The gist is this: access yourself and create an achievable goal. We have to strike a balance between our diet and exercise in the most healthy way we can. I also want to give kudos to anyone who has dared to embark on the weight loss journey. You are brave! It's not an easy one I must confess but it's achievable . I am presently trying to maintain the weight goal I have currently achieved. |

This is Esther Adeniyi, also known as Palace daughter. I cannot boast of having spent numerous decades on earth but I make bold to say that I have seen so many people struggle with weight issues. I hope that this new thread will expose us all to ways in which a Nigerian can lose weight. So many weight loss articles online are foreign based and relating to even their food items and calorie content may be a little bit difficult. So, welcome on board as we together discover easier ways of embarking on the weight loss journey. |
