But, didn't see dollar account to open. Is the dollar account not allowed or what?

- I'm still a noob in domaining ooo ... Pls drop any questions here - so that anyone can chip in with an answer & the knowledge can be shared.

My advice to anyone struggling in this thing - be patient. Find what works for you, perfect it for yourself and keep grinding. Have faith in the process - as it isn't always easy...and, if you don't "love" what you're doing - pls do that which you "love" - cos it is this passion that will keep you going when dry spells occur.

- Don't be shy to ask meaningful questions. Lots of peeps on here (low-key ) make 4-figs every month.

- Follow domains and all things domaining on Twitter & clubhouse... E get why!

Once chatted se.do when I noticed the domains I listed on SH were deleted from my se.do account and below was their reply. So, could be the reason

Something happening. I listed a 1st Ultra Premium domain name in Sedo. After, clarifying my ownership it was approved. Today , saw the domain name is removed from my list and a deleted sign on it.
But, when I try searching I see another broker has listed it with higher amount than whatI put. Does it mean Sedo has sold it and yet to contact me?
I already wrote them. No reply yet.

Discovering new niches is not as difficult as you think.
For me, I discover new niches when I'm doing manual scraping for my domain names.
Instead of hurrying to their "contact us" and hurrying out after getting the mails, I scroll down to "services" or "about us"
You'll see the list of services they offer. Try and research about unfamiliar ones and find out how popular it is.

For instance, while working on a seal coating name last year, I discovered some of them offer attic insulation. I researched further and I discovered that attic insulation is a major service for some others and then I matched it with a well populated state
