Another one is Resort Savings and Loans, where depositors presently can't access their funds yet the business is going about its business seeking new customers without officially informing it's stakeholders that they have become insolvent, let the requisite government agencies investigate this and go after them.

I no of one whom the owners have fled wit huge sums of investors fund recently, they are Firstchoice Ventures Ltd, a forex trading and training company that is duly registered wit CAC and operates a corporate that has kyc conducted on it, it was based in Mpape Abuja. Sad no authority is doing anything about it even after several complaints have been lodged.

Resort Savings and Loans is a duly registered Primary Mortgage Institution in Nigeria, but it has become obvious since September 2015 that they are in deep financial crisis, so bad that they cannot meet the short term fund withdrawal demands of their customers. Customers are being told to their faces that there's no money or the now familiar line that the manager has gone to cash a cheque at Access Bank. Till this moment the management has not deemed it appropriate to communicate to its customers on what the challenge is and how they are working to resolve it. I have sent CBN a mail via the email for complaints on their website but it bounced back which means they too are culpable in carrying out their functions effectively.
This is to bring the above to the notice of all and the relevant agencies that can address this and also the management of Resort Savings and Loans, give your customers their hard earned money

I had an accident from this same cause exactly one week after the first post

Funny u guys can't read btw d lines, these reps just want to get d attention of d telecom operators and squeeze some funds out of dem, i can place a bet dat d operators wld be invited to d meet wit d committee set up & den d issue will die down wit d reps claiming dat d operators have agreed to improve service in all fronts and den we wld be back to wia we are today.
