you cant get visa interview waiver unless you had usa visa in the past

oh wow. Are you sure though? I’m asking for the Interview waiver process, not the one that requires an interview.

Hi, I applied for Dropbox (for a B1/B2 visa renewal) in July and haven’t been able to get a date since.
Any ideas of how to get a date would be appreciated please.
