Please I’m new to the shipping let’s say it my first time,I was sent a mobile phone from Australia b Australia post,and it was received into Nigeria customs on 5th Friday April,and still no update and my sender didn’t contact information on the parcel just a address,so please what can I do and how long this process take,I think since it a small item it shouldn’t take long,and if duty is needed to be paid how will I know,the parcel is to be delivered by nipost
