[s] Successlane: Keep on fooling yourself.
Atiku's lawyer know VERY well that he has no case, but the lawyers must survive.
BTW: I expect Mary Odili to excuse herself from this, - conflict of interest reason.
Remember Amina Zakari, Zainab Bulkachuwa. [/s] Sharia judge Tanko should also recuse himself in the interest of justice. |

duwdu: Which meant Buhari most probably had the more correct information about Onoghen's culpability and criminal tendencies all along,as eventually proved in court and partly by Onoghen's admissions himself.
To me, the case of Onoghen turned out to be a rotten egg on the face of VP Osinbajo, who probably thought he was doing the needful for a fellow senior member of the legal fraternity, when in actual fact he just rushed to appoint a shady character at best in Onoghen. So Buhari had information Onoghen was corrupt yet didn't pass it on to his deputy? |

Stakeholders: If Obaseki decamp to PDP (which I doubt) he might loss re-election because Obaseki strong hold is Benin alone that's where they have plenty of supporters for PDP. Also if you look at the situation currently out of 24 rep only 9 are Obaseki padi the remaining 15 are Oshiomole loyalty Benin is the largest Senatorial District in Edo and Esan people despise Oshiomhole, where would APC get the votes if they lose Benin and Esan? |

If Obaseki flips, APC should just forget Edo state. Of the 3 Senatorial Districts in Edo, PDP have Esan. Obaseki is a Benin man. With Edo central joining with Edo south, the game would be over for APC. |

frankmoney: I don't think he was specifically picked . He was just the next in line after onnoghen as the most senior judge He was penciled down for a long time, remember Buhari refused to appoint Onoghen when Onoghen was next in line. It was not until Buhari was ill in London that Osinbajo appointed Onoghen. |
Politics › Re: Judges Who May Hear Atiku’s Appeal At S/court by PapaBaby: 7:15am On Sep 25, 2019 |
Buhari with hindsight knew this day would come, hence the retirement of Onoghen. Sharia court Judge Tanko was specifically picked to replace Onoghen for this very purpose. I'm afraid Atiku won't get justice from the courts but heaven is watching. |

Officialgarri: Why are people still peddling this their surreal 'fact' that Osinbajo is being humiliated?
I thought the air has been cleared as regards what transpired in the presidency and the new responsibilities given to him. All these wailers will just pick on one phrase and even after finding the truth, they'd still continue to dwell on it and even convince others to believe their lies. You people only see what you wanna see and hear what you wanna hear. Even Tinubu's newspapers are saying the same thing.
