I predicted this just a few weeks ago;that as we approach the elections and the government sees it's support dwindling by the day,the present government would assault the treasury,doing worse than GEJ did in trying to buy all buyables:traditional rulers,religious bodies,market unions,perceived mainstream and online opinion moulders,entertainers,artists etc,in a desperate bid to give a false impression that it still enjoys support from the people.
The recent mammoth crowd that came out for PDP's rally in the president's own Katsina state,while he was there and visiting,would only increase the desperation.
