I have always faulted Buhari in 2 areas;
1. Slowness to act.
2. Nepotism.

However You guys are NOT called wailers because you criticize SOME OF THE THINGS Buhari does.You guys are called wailers because you criticize ALL OF THE THINGS Buhari does.Get that right.
Nepotism is the mother of all corruption.So if you agree that Buhari is slow to act against nepotism, then it follows that he condones corruption so he has never done anything right.

Edo people would have been the biggest fools to fall for Adams Oshiomole's deceptive shenanigans after all has ever told the state in the time past.Dont give these idiots any breathing space but disgrace, despise and shame them.

tesppidd:
And so also the same Buhari has remained the fundamental problem of the APC from day one.His aloofness and indifference to his party's challenges and elections is sickening. Too bad that Adams has to take the blame for everything when all he tried to do was instill party discipline.

Since this democratic dispensation in 99, no ruling party has lost more states than Buhari's APC at off season elections.And Buhari is the major culprit.APC lost Edo because the party has been factionalized into 2 groups;
1. The Presidency faction.
2. The Tinubu faction.

Yet Buhari has refused to learn from this. The same party faitfulds who worked for him to become Presidnet he abandons them when elections come around.Top APC chieftains can't really say this in public but the root cause of all the problems and the losses in the APC is Buhari himself.
grin First time a sai baba disciple is bold enough to blame the divisive president for the political woes of the party cum government.

Does Buhari cares? Absolutely no! He has gotten what he wants from the amalgamation so the rest can go to hell.2023 will be free-for-all that is why the APC is thoroughly factionalized @ present.

When others points out Buhari's bigotry, clannishness, parochial, partisan, divisive ethnic & religious intolerance which have in turn factionalizated the Nigerian state @ the national level, you guys say we're wailers.Abeg enjoy your demigod.

Politics › Re: APC Blames Oshiomhole For Defeat In Edo, Wants Him Sanctioned by Paperwhite(m):
grin Good! They're never tired of shifting blame or passing the buck.Thank providence they have now recognized their immediate cause of defeat so waiting for the remote factors.

Thought zombies were hallucinating that the despised & desposed Adams Oshiomole is the ace godfather then the Burdillion Bullion van druglord will that will be the icing on the cake who will swing victory to the APC?

Now reality is more clearer.The battle has been won and lost.So why is the party still complaining of unexisting electoral malpractice in the said election?

Politics › Edo Election: EU, INEC Reacts To Electoral Process At Polling Units by Paperwhite(op):
The European Centre for Electoral Support (ECES) says voters in Ologbosere primary school, ward 4 with 40 units and other polling units they visited weren’t observing the COVID-19 protocols as stipulated in the INEC policy.

The Deputy Project Coordinator, Mr Wilson Manji, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Saturday, that although the voters were all wearing a face mask, they didn’t maintain social distancing.

According to Manji, the polling officers came with hand sanitisers and thermometers to check the temperature of every voter.

He said: “So far, the election is going smoothly and calm. We’re at Ologbosere primary in Ikpoba-Okha local government area of the state.

“So far, everything is peaceful and calm here. Just that the INEC staff just arrived at about 10 am and accreditation and voting started at about 10.30 am. instead of 8:30 am.”

Also reacting, Timidi Wariowei, the Head, INEC Voter Education and Publicity, told reporters at INEC office in Benin City that most of the polling units and voting points started voting at 8:30 am.

“But we’re aware that there are some few isolated cases that started at 9 am or after 9 am because of some issues they needed to sort out,” He said.

“From the reports, we’re getting. Almost all the polling units have started voting.”

Wariowei, however, said he observed that the voters were all wearing face masks but didn’t maintain social distancing.

According to Wariowei, before I left the polling units I visited, I educated the people on the need to adhere strictly to the COVID-19 guidelines by maintaining social distancing for the safety of all.

Politics › NNPC Obtains $1bn Crude Oil Prepayment To Fund Subsidiary Operations by Paperwhite(op): 8:04pm On Sep 04, 2020
The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has obtained a prepayment funding of about $1billion to support the upstream operations of its subsidiary, Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NPDC).

A statement from the state oil corporation on Thursday night said the crude oil prepayment has enabled NNPC to pay NPDC’s Tax obligations to the Federal Government of Nigeria, of circa US$700million with the balance utilised to fund NPDC’s capital and operating expenditures.

The prepayment financing is backed by future oil production of NPDC, and utilises a well-established structure to enable the purchaser of the crude, Eagle Export Funding Limited, to raise financing in the domestic and international markets, to fund an upfront payment to NNPC under a Forward Sale Agreement (FSA), the statement signed by NNPC’s spokesman Dr Kennie Obateru said.

It said the financing which funded the prepayment has been structured over two tranches: a 5 year dollar amortizing tranche (“Tranche 1”) and a 7 year naira amortizing tranche (“Tranche 2”).Both tranches benefit from a cash sweep with the 7-year tranche having a 1-year non-call period, according to NNPC.

It said: “These tranches shall be repaid by Eagle Export Funding Limited from the export sale proceeds of the NPDC crude, which in turn are backed by Letters of Credit, issued by banks with a minimum credit rating, in line with market precedent.

“The export price for the crude is the relevant NNPC Official Selling Price (OSP) for the corresponding calendar month and crude grade. Vitol and Matrix Energy have executed the standard NNPC Crude Oil Sale & Purchase Agreement.”

According to it, the participants in the Eagle Export Funding Limited deal include Standard Chartered Bank, United Bank for Africa, Afrexim Bank, Union Bank and two oil trading companies, Vitol and Matrix Energy.

Despite the constrained liquidity situation in the financing markets due to the COVID-19 pandemic; the pricing and terms obtained for the dollar and naira funding tranches were very competitive and better than precedent transactions, it said.
