Honestly, In EPE, a local government in Lagos state had been totally in darkness since February, 2012 and this FG+Min. of power+PHCN were making us believe a total outtage = /or proportional to power surplus. We have been in the dark for many months and these mediocres are talkng of "electric power improvement". For where, they are bunch of jokers. . 1 Like |
