A staff of Rivers State Television (Glorious Able) was on Wednesday night around 10pm given the beating of his life by the Nigeria police on the instructions of a pastor of a new generation church.

The story has it that Glorious Abel an operation director in charge of the consul in the studio had stopped a sponsored religious programme owned by pastor E. O. Miracle of Dynamic Flame of Fire Miracle Ministry,who became infuriated because his paid programme was stopped
at the expiration of the 30mins allotted to it as against 38mins production.

The pastor watching from home quickly mobilised his security details to the RSTV studio and ordered the policemen to brutalise Mr Glorious Abel.
