We all want to be leaders of tomorrow. Leaders that can't respect individual difference. I think we should stop blaming our leaders that they treat us bad because we have already treated ourselves bad. We don't have a voice. The only voice we have is to either insult the other tribe, culture or religion. We hold unto things that are of no use. The day we the youths become united and learn to respect each other irrespective of tribe, religion and race is the day our leaders will start treating us they way they should. And the way things are going, no one here will live to see the United Nigeria Youths because we have already poisoned our minds towards each other thereby giving the selected few the advantage because of our myopic thinking. Pressid, ptdf, nddc, agip, shell, BEA have all been compromised based on who is incharge. Same goes to ETF. We are here fighting and insulting ourselves while they are replacing our names with the names of thier family members who graduated with 3rd Class and are going there for Post graduate diploma. The first there was no cut off point, there was no display of results after the test. That alone should have made you people under that things are going on. Going by federal character or whatever, all exams have standard and if federal is to be applied, there should be two part of the ptdf scholarship: there should be national awards and states awards. National awards should be give to those who made the specified cUT off mark irrespective of the state of origin. Then the state awards should be given based on state performance in order to compliment the total number need. If 6 people from the same state are lucky to have the national award for OSS, then the next 10 or 15 who the state award should be given LSS. I think the process will better. And the cut off marks should be made known to the public and the results should be displayed at the end of the test. These are the type of things we should be fighting for, not insulting someone tribe or religion. If we advocate for things like this, they will know we mean business and they won't have the time to be manipulating. Most of us will be shouting because we want to be heard and favored. The moment we are favored, we act as if nothing was wrong with the system and forget. As long as we have those mentality, we won't go anywhere and they will continue to hajack what belongs to us. 11 Likes |

Nigerdcritics: Why do you people feel Nigerian problem is the tribe incharge? Nigeria's problem is we the youths. Our level of reasoning is not in line to the way we will be treated the way it's supposed to be. When those people incharge wants more power, they brainwash us by filling our heads with so much negative stuffs about the other tribe. Then we act based on it. Nigeria will be fixed when we see the problem not attaching any problem to a particular race or tribe or religion. A ptdf scholar shouldn't be thinking that way because you have gone to school and your level of reasoning is different from the motor park taut. 12 Likes |

For me, am just waiting for them to make it public. I know that my name is on the list for OSS. Almighty God showed me the list and I saw my name was the first on the list of my state. Am calm and happily prepared to move any second. #TEAMPTDFOSS 3 Likes |

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: How Do You Confirm If Your E-mail Sent Was Successfully Delivered. by papyrus2(m): 7:53am On Aug 10, 2017 |
Once you don't get an error in delivery, your email is sent and delivered the email address. Check your outbox, if a mail isn't sent, you will find it there. Check your drafts, if the mail was saved instead on being sent, you will find it there. You don't get delivery report the se way networks do because they emails weren't designed to give a delivery report. So email address have auto response, when ever your mail has being successfully delivered to the address, the auto responder replies you with the saved message. This shows your mail has being delivered. Incases where auto response isn't available, you just believer it has being delivered as far as the email address is correct. |

stevnwigw: I think it's greed. PhD without a job is only when the person is lazy. Very very lazy. With several high institutions looking for PhD holders they are fighting for crumbs meant to kids. Landmark advertised for job, minimum qualification was PhD. You can see what I mean. Most Research institutions seek for PhD holders too. 1 Like |
