Its true, prevous Scholars have been complaining thats what they do, thats why they threatened us with messages in our telegram. The truth is that you can never complain to anywhere, if if you do you will not be attended to or even replied. Very unfortunate I never knew ptdf is this bad

It's better will make it known to the public and let them know everyone knows. They will be scared of repeating it.

It has happened and will continue to happen because previous scholars have refused to speak out and are okay been what is being paid to them.

If we don't make noise, same fate will befall us. They've deliberately taken out a year from the scholarship, its left for us to complain or lose. Complain not to PTDF but raise voice for everyone to hear. Then they will retrace their steps

You will be surprised the things you will see during the documentation. They are more interested in your admission letter to decide if to award you complete years (2 years for MSc or 3 years for Ph.D.) or reduce the number of years.

But your profile will show online that you've received a complete scholarship.

Ask previous scholars. They will tell you.
That's why they've not sent any award letter.
At the point is documentation, they will decide the number of years then print the award letter for the number of years and give you.

The worst is reducing the years of payment.

How can they say the Scholarship is for 2years (MSc) and due to delay on their part, they cut out one year.

Same goes for PhD.

PTDF feel they can do anyhow with Local Scholars and nothing can happen. No one will talk because they risk being cut off.
