If they force it and push it hard people will just down size their staff.

PoliticsRe: An Open Letter To Nigerian Youths: Embrace Dialogue, Not Protest by Parable007: 7:39pm On Jul 22, 2024
Everyone is advising the youth not to protest 🪧 why are they not channeling the energy to also advise the govt.
All of you talking against the protest are hypocrites. If the people don't have a just reason for a peaceful protest they wouldn't protest.
Meanwhile the govt had enough time to have prevented this but they will not listen. If the prices of things will rise should not be food.
Personally I will not protest because I know it will ebe hijacked but you want to tell an ordinary average Nigeria who cannot afford three square meals not to protest? TALK TO HIS GOVT TO STOP HIM FROM PROTESTING BY LISTENING TO THEM.
SOME PEOPLE CLAIM TINUBU DOESN'T KNOW THAT PEOPLE ARE SUFFERING, THE PROTEST WILL MAKE IT LOUD TO HIS EARS. IF HE'S A TRUE FATHER, HE SHOULD LISTEN AND GIVE POLICIES THAT WILL EASE THE PAINS IF NIGERIANS. MY BIGGEST CONCERN IS NOT THE PROTEST OR THE PROTESTANTS BUT THE REACTIONS OF THE MAN THEY ARE PROTESTING TO.
ITS WAS EASY FOR TINUBU TO MOBILIZE PEOPLE TO PROTEST AGAINST GOVT THAT DID BETTER THAN HIM, NOW HE DOESNT WANT ANYONE TO PROTEST AGAINST HIM EVEN KNOW HE'S DOING REEAAAALLY BAD AS A PRESIDENT. DEAR OP STOP TALKING TO PEOPLE AND START TALKING TO THE GOVT.
PoliticsRe: My Advice To Mr Dangote by Parable007: 6:23pm On Jul 22, 2024
Please keep your stup#id and bias advise to yourself.
I really wonder how APC supporters think. Someone built a $10billion refinery, and all of a sudden policies that are not favourable are enacted to crumble him, he even had to import crude into a crude producing country to refine.
Habaaaa let's have empathy please. Even though I know he's Monopolistic but it's better the money goes to a Nigerian than we buying from the west.
Before you advise have some business please

PoliticsRe: Why I Intervened In National Minimum Wage Negotiations — Tinubu by Parable007: 11:14pm On Jul 18, 2024
To be truthful this man and all the legislators are scared of the Protest.
Why all of a sudden you accept to increase Minimum wage and legislators slashed their salaries by half?
I don't know the organizers of this protest but I think the govt is scared of you... They are hiding so much.
If Tinubu use the money he'll use to increase minimum wage to bring back fuel subsidy. It will have more impact than this audio minimum wage that governors won't pay

PoliticsRe: New Economic Stabilisation Paper Hints At N5.4tn Fuel Subsidy Bill by Parable007: 2:38pm On Jun 05, 2024
If I say I understand what this man wrote in lying. Question are they bringing subsidy back or not?
To be very truthful one of the biggest mistake the govt will do is to increase minimum wage above 100k. Not because I don't want an increase in pay for workers but the side effect will be too much for us to bear
1. Too much money in circulation which will lead to inflation
2. Prices of goods and services will also rise.

So the solution first is to make life easy for Nigerian by returning the subsidies on Petrol and electricity. That's one of the few things that we all enjoy being a Nigerian. It was the removal of the subsidy that led to all these problems.
Return the subsidies and reopen the borders properly again.
If you are change something and it's not working go back to what works

Bello is the least of our problems now, can we please focus on Nigeria nothing is working, sadly the sons of these men will still take over from them,it a cyclical movement.

The same people have been ruling us for a while now, now they are old their children are taking over, the whole dynasty thing is crazy to me, this is why when a Peter Obi comes up the arrogance and anger against him and his supporters is palpable.

Let leave this guy and focus. If it was someone else that made the same statement channeled towards his mother the person would have been picked up by now.

PoliticsRe: PMS Price Per Litre In Nigeria & Some African Countries - StatiSense by Parable007: 10:54am On Feb 29, 2024
Some of you are not thinking well. It's like you don't know that out naira has fallen so bad that glorify the currencies of other countries. So you are trying to justify why Nigerians should suffer for bad govt.

Something is wrong with you. Imagine if naira was 400 to the dollar. Now you floated the naira devalue and destroyed it and now justifying why we should suffer
CelebritiesRe: I Lost Over 200,000 Followers Because Of The Election – Seyi Law by Parable007: 3:52pm On Feb 28, 2024
Seyi Law, I hope you get to see this message.
Please just stop talking, please. You had more respect when you are quiet than talking. You see influencers and celebrities like you who have the pure genuine love of the people is supposed to be the voice of the people to the leaders at the top but your level of lack of empathy is alarming. People are struggling people are dying here in Nigeria many people have lost their jobs and you are here always trying to justify the wickedness mated on Nigerians for nothing.

I honestly used to think you are a man of dignity and wisdom but it turns out that you are just another hustler seeking for where to get his next meal. Your loyalty comes from where the bag is. Shame.

If Nigeria continues like this will your child have a sane future? Shame people can't even buy indomie for their kids talk more of buying a future for them.
PoliticsRe: Spending Millions At This Time Taking Tinubu's Sons To Qatar Is Wicked, Infrugal by Parable007: 8:13am On Feb 28, 2024
You people don't know Tinubu.
He's a master builder. Building a system for himself and his family and to be honest Tinubu never told Nigerians he had any plans for them he only said "it's my turn"
He's arrogance and the fact that of all the Christians in the north the only person he chose was a Muslim to run a Muslim Muslim ticket. That was gross level of pride and disrespect to the Christians. Now things are falling apart you think he will care.

My pity is to those who voted a man who clearly said he will reduce the purchasing power of people. He's doing it now and everyone is complaining.

To be fair to Seyi Tinubu (ST) the guy is a nice guy and I understand the pain of someone that intelligent see things go bad in the hands of his father. Even Tinubu didn't expect things to go bad this way.but ST please talk to your dad because one day all of these will come back to you. It might take time but it will. Some people are already dreading that name Tinubu. I wish he listened to professor Wole Soyinka not to run for presidency by now his name would have still be written in gold. But he has dented it honestly. Peace to your trip

Hmmm low key price of fuel don increase everybody do like say them no see am I bought fuel yesterday 690/litre

Like yesterday 25th Feb 2024. I don't know how much it is sold in other parts of Naija.

To be frank Tinubu knows he has made a mistake but his pride and ego will not allow him.

By middle of this year only God knows how much fuel will be touching. I pray it doesn't get to 800.
PoliticsDrop Suggestions That Can Move Nigeria Forward Here. by Parable007(op): 5:42pm On Feb 19, 2024
I'm a very concerned Nigerian, I'm really concerned about the nose diving economy of this nation.
Rather than complain can we drop ideas that these politicians can probably stumble on and bring solutions to the economic crisis in this nation.
1. The subsidy removal: by now the govt should know that the removal of Subsidy was a rash policy and should be looked into again. Rather than taking it off why not probe the so called marketers who are stealing it?

2. Floating the dollar: No third world country float their currency and survive it.

3. Properly break from the western powers. I strongly believe that the fall of Nigeria has a lot of Western dictations and control.

4. Properly reopen the borders also remove the monopoly of any business empire especially Dangote (sorry to mention name) creating healthy competitions will crash the price of things.

5. On security enforce the state police that has been proposed.

6. Properly fight the Black market exchangers. Many of these big banks collect dollars at official prices, sell them to black marketers and make hell of money on minutes. But if we have one single exchange rate this nonsense will stop and stabilize the naira a little

7. Place a proper death sentence on kidnapper, make it open lable them territorist and see how it will reduce.

8. Let all clearance of goods be in naira not on dollars. At this point it's ok to reduce import duties this will also crash the prices of things a little.

9. Add yours
