How bag of local rice rose from 6k to 61k and everyone is calm is a shocking thing. And please I want to beg Nigerians this is not the time to fight each other based on party and religion, can we please unity and do something about this monumental failure? Things are getting out of hands yet some of you are still shouting renewed hope, don't play politics with everything. Many family men have lost their jobs, many many patients like asthma patients can no longer afford their inhalers let all speak out on voice and stop fight each other. Please |
Anything protest now will truly break the camel's back. These politicians have finished us and a coup might be cooking and asiwaju may be betrayed. People may not mind dying especially his supporters. What they ordered is not what they got but we that didn't vote him knew he won't do anything! If the protest will lead to decrease in food, transportation and make the lives of people better. Many will join it but please make it as peaceful as possible also don't let it be politically motivated |
How is he popular please. What does being popular to you mean? |
These guys no relax o make we no lie... they try score another goal na. Na ref cancel am. Let hope for the best |
Fuel will still rise, they are still thinking of how to tell us. Now Dangote want to bring crude oil from US Fuel will increase the funny thing is the people govt is cashing out on will still come to defend the government because of shame. I don't want to prophesy doom but soon Nigerians will take major protest to the street |
How can I stream the match please. Na so I ask taya for the last match till then finish no body answer |
If it's true tell the world why all these shaddy revelations all the time? Since I know Efcc, I haven't really seen a notable criminal in Nigeria prosecuted for his or her wrong. Like proper Jailing. This is why people ar motivated to steal and do corruption in Nigeria. |
When they are ready to tell us the truth then we will listen. They now blame the poor masses for not patronizing Locally made things, meanwhile Dangote is planing to import crude from America. Our politicians don't patronize local hospitals, their kids don't school in Nigeria, then you sell your crude in a foreign currency 💲 very smart of you. Yet you want your economy to be strong. Meanwhile poor and average Nigerians are obedient people. You asked them to eat local rice which was about 7k as at the time you enforced it now its over 50k they can't even afford it again. Why were we not having this issue all the time PDP was in power? I know pro Apc will come to support Apc but na you dey suffer am. Then you'll create excuses for your suffering just to protect the integrity of your task master that don't know you. Shuuuur |
Educative |
Pls can someone share the link where I can stream here? Thanks in advance |
Even after the video nothing will still happen. Have you ever wondered why those kidnappers ask for ransom of 100m yet don't look like people that have 50k in their bank. They are remitting to some big shots. I don't know who they remit the moneys to but I'm sure some people in the govt knows but will do nothing about it. |
The hypocrisy of this nation went to school. You mean someone wrote a book about the man that destroyed Nigeria. To achieve what exactly? To many Buhari is still a Hero after destroying the future of millions of people. In a sane country when you mess up a structure older than you will kick you out. Here mess up they will still call you baba. Clap for you, protect you and even write a book about that that is completely opposite the realities you left on ground. |
I think she's bitter over something we all don't know |
Nairaland the news you post from Reno is becoming too much and really unnecessary. Reno Is a deeply bittered soul and so far hasn't been adding any thing meaningful to Nigeria. Please reduce his volume except if he's been paying you for cheap publicity. Thank you |
All these trillions made I pray we'll see the impact on our economy |
"Which the national assembly raised to N800/$ Meaning naira is not actually depreciating. It is only being depreciated. Reasons best known to them. Every evil in this country has the hand of politics |
Hmm T B Joshua the most criticized man of God living or dead, despite aaaaaall the allegations against this man, no one concrete evidence to anyone's claim. |
Let them increase fuel and they will see how people will pause this country. You people should better stop comparing Nigeria to other countries in this light. Use other indices to compare. Things like standard of living, security, good governance etc |
If you as a Nigerian call the price of our fuel cheap you are not smart something is wrong with you.... you see all of these are to make us feel comfortable with the current price. How can we be an oil producing nation and yet can't afford fuel COMFORTABLY. Buying fuel at the current price is nothing but wickedness, now all of these nonsense is to make us feel comfortable with the current price instead of doing something about the price. All of you supporting this whole fuel stuff are not ok honestly. See if fuel subsidy was a scam they should return it at least that's the only scam that benefits Nigerians. At least we can comfortably continue business and do well as living things not this nonsense. Like are we brainwashed ![]() ![]() |
This may sound stupid, but I honestly feel that there are other very wicked people outside Nigeria who our politicians are subject to and try to please. After the independence, I feel the western world still have interests in this nation as the biggest customer based in africa. 1. How comes as a nation we don't produce anything, not even fuel despite having crude oil and 3 refineries. 2. Why do our politicians steal like so badly but never invest it in their continent but still take it to the west? 3. How comes no administration has been able to stabilize power. 4. No administration has been able to do something reasonable for it people. 5. Why would a western school that knows fully about the illegalities of a Nigerian politician all of a sudden go mute about it? 6. Why would the naira be on a constant fall to the dollar? To me it's a deliberate attempt to attack foreign investors (the west) at the detriment local business. 7. Why don't we as a nation have a standard federal school and hospital? Like not even one. To the politicians themselves. In a desperate move to rule, they succumb to high powers at any cost. So imagine someone who borrowed plenty of money to run for elections all of a sudden wins the elections, His first goal is not to work for the people but to pay up his loans and make some profits, this system is messed up. To the Nigerians that don't want to wake up. I have worked for a politician before it will amaze you that those people don't either a religion or tribe. Their religion is money their tribe is what money can buy. Election period they pose to be either a Muslim faithful or a Christian fate but deep down they don't fear God or man. To them, religion is just another means to achieve their selfish aim. Yet there are people who wouldn't mind to have someone of the same faith or tribe be in power whether he is competent or not. And when he does something bad rather than correct him, they make excuses for their oppressors just because he's their tribal man only to support a man that will rob his own children off their future. Growing up or doing business in this kind of economy is toxic. Think about it why do Nigerians do better outside Nigeria than in Nigeria? I'm not shiting the blame of a bad nation to the west but to the politicians and those how elections them. The world bank just talked about the price of our fuel being low and all of a sudden they want to increase it. |
I don't understand all these nonsense. I just suspect that price of fuel is about to go up again. They will tell us 1200 then we will drag them they will peg it at 1k or even 800.. Gullible Nigerians will still support and defend this scheme. Before when we were paying the so called subsidy Nigeria was more stable, why will removing it cause more hardship to Nigerians? They subsidy they stopped where is the money and what has it done? To those of you that voted this mess thank you. |
Some of you anticipating the Dangote Refinery keep doing that. One thing you should know is Dangote is a business man, he took loan to set up the refinery with the goal of making a profit. The advantage of this refinery will only be that there will no longer but fuel scarcity but it won't really bring the price of fuel down. Ok just maybe a little percentage of the fuel price MAY come down but that fuel will go back to 210 just wake up. Meanwhile, the biggest competition for Dangote will be the PH and Kaduna refinery which will be affected and crushed because dangote's refinery will benefit more politicians than the Nigerian refineries. You'll just keep hearing some fantastic news, reports but to physically see things on ground may be quite difficult |
I honestly wish Reno will stop playing politics with people's lives. If you are hurt by some things did to you by Peter Obi's followers, that doesn't mean the same you should try you best to tarnish Peter Obi's Image, Real people were killed in Plateau, like killed for no reason. Any sensible Nigerian should be concern irrespective of where they come from or which party they belong to. Can we focus on bringing stability to Nigeria rather than finding fault in which politician and who did not come? Reno not everything should be Politicized. If you are hurting by the genuine love people have for Peter Obi and your bitterness to see him rule this nation reach out to him personally and settle it. Your daily bash on him can't stop the organic love that people have for Peter Obi. You may try but if God has ordained a man for the people, it may only take time. Meanwhile my fellow Nigerians especially those who clamored for Tinubu. So far it's being from frying pan to fire. Let's stop playing politics with our lives. If this govt is not working let's not pretend about it. A lot of mess is going on and if we don't wise up.one day our kids will wonder how stupid we were to allow certain leaders destroy this great nation simply because of ethnicity, religion and political sentiments. THE ONLY REASON YOU SUPPORT AND MAKE EXCUSES FOR BAD GOVERNMENT IS BECAUSE YOU HAVE NEVER TASTED A GOOD ONE SO YOU DONT KNOW WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE |
May God keep Baba for us. Amen |
I want to really commend you for achieving this major milestone. Those of you typing rubbish, you don't know that maaany people are really trying to reduce their weight, it's a goal they hardly achieve. This man did it he deserves some applause cos he'll encourage someone out there but una comments for Nairaland show that some of your are either kids or immature. Understand people emotional feeling before typing anyhow pls. |
1. Trading with low capital... please say that one too. 2. FOMO: fear of missing out. Most people don't even know how to trade at best they still gamble 3. Impatience you want to make $10k with $100 in one month. How? |
Jennyclay:What brought relationship talk here now, if you don't fancy a guy like him please shut up, there's someone out there who loves him. He only asked for an advise respect that. You have too much dependency and entitlement mentality from all your previous posts it's clear you are a kind of lady that just wat to meet a rich guy to marry him because you think relationship is a poverty alleviation program. There's nothing wrong in dating someone who is building his life. Allow people rest with your bitter posts please. People like you who is a gold digger will finally meet a guy who lies to have gold. Not all that glitters is gold. Build your own wealth don't wait till a man build wealth for you |
What pains me most is Nigerians celebrates and make excuses for bad leaders. The Naira has crashed multiple times and you'll hear someone say Tinubu knows what he's doing, the price of fuel crashed like 2-3 times an average Nigerian willl tell you it's for our own good. They did this same thing for Buhari and now Tinubu. Someone who stole from the neighborhood is beaten and sometimes even killed but the person that stole from the nation is protected by police, celebrated by the same Nigerians. We have been "ruled" we haven't experienced "leadership" yet, we have been ruled by the same set of people and want to see change? How? Online I'll see young people fighting and insulting each other, Tinubu, atikulated and obidients. Meanwhile this is not about the future of this nation. Some of us have turned political parties to football club. Where or not your candidate is Good you keep supporting them. If you can't think about yourself please think about our kids growing up. This is not how life ought to be lived. Nigeria is currently one of the worst places to live on earth and people are here supporting their oppressors until we wake up thes guys will have a filed day. |
This is a big lie guys let's not be fooled... the war has nothing to do with fuel pump these guys have been planning this fuel hike for a while and I see people come here to say they don't mind buying fuel for 2k please when will.we wise up abeg? It's has become normal for the prices of things to go up and we the citizens will make excuses for them like haaaaaa who bewitched us. |
Person go India una expect am to lose tribunal judgment.... Na why every body dey sleep be that |
