Beacause they might tell me to go through an agent , that might charge me high . Or they might not want to give me a new CAS or I Just don't know sha .

was refusal , they used an higher exchange rate
compared to the one I used , but that's not the
problem . My question is: it possible to defer my
admission till next year March without telling the
school I was refused visa ? I don't want the school
to know I was refused Visa . Can I just mail the
school to defer my admission till next year without telling them I was denied visa ?

JideVince: A nominated person can collect or receive your
documents on your behalf. They will need:
an authorisation letter, signed by you;
photo proof of their identity; and
your receipt.

Download the authorization letter from the ffg link, fill and sign.

Don Oms: I have read it somewhere before that if you write a signed letter instructing VFS to hand your package to a named person and you give the person your pick-up papers (the person has to go with a valid means of identification), then that person can collect it for you. But please, call VFS to confirm. I can't seem to remember where I read the info. (I'll try to look around). Please CONFIRM BEFORE YOU FOLLOW IT.

If it is not granted it won't be transit to VISA center , and besides all those getting the response " processed passport ....visa centre " always gets positive results. Don Oms: The timing is quite normal (not minimum of 15 but within 15 working days) and of course your Course Start Date may have been considered too. I pray you get good news. By the way, did your tracking status say "Processed Application..." or "Processed Passport..."?

abbakacici: he is just using he observation which might be wrong , the 3 guys that get refusal all have the same message processed application while other get processed passport

Its a very good observation o , or did anyone receive "processed PASSPORT is in Transit to the UK Visa Operation Center" and later discovered he was refused visa ?
