DonOms: Excursion at the airport it is. Which country is the airport in? If it's Dubai, you should be able to get the visa at the airport I believe. By the way, have you sorted out the accommodation thing? You didn't mention again.

jayboss: for my teleperformance peeps,i applied on the 15 of august,i just went to the teleperformance site and tracked my application,it says my passport is ready for collection,i advice u guys to check on the teleperformance site to find out if theres any update on ur application too...u can see the pic of my update below...

msRager: So today the 8th of September I got my passport from teleperformance since 6th of August. It came in this morning when I was about changing my flight for tomorrow.

EAkoteyon: I've been so worried also. I submitted my application on 18/08/2014 at Teleperformance in VI and haven't gotten message up till now. I'm actually thinking of going their on Monday to know what's up.

I became worried the more when someone I know applied on 22/08/14 and got a message on 04/09/14 from VFS Ikeja.

Actually, my first application which was refused, I got response in <10 days from VFS Ikeja also.

Anyone with latest experience?
And will going there make sense?

justwise: Their messages thesedays does not give much away, so go and pick it up and know what its.

pholareen1: This email is in response to your tracking. that was what I did too and so I got that email. You just wait for a mail from teleperformance or you go check if it is ready for collection

I tried to track my application on the UKVI website and I got the following mail

Thank you for contacting the UK Visas and Immigration International Enquiry
Service.

We understand that you would like to know about the current status of your
visa application. I have tracked the status (GWF******* and date of birth
**/**/19**) and found that the application has been processed and a
decision was made on 24/08/2014 and it should be with you in the next few
days.

Please note that your passport and documentation could still take some time
to reach you whilst being sent back from the decision making centre and
whilst other administrative formalities are completed. The visa application
centre will be in contact with you regarding the collection or delivery.

I actually applied through Teleperformance on the 13th of August, I do not know if it is ok to go check or I should just wait till I receive a mail from them stating when ready for pick up.
