No doubt, islam does not support terrorism and we muslims will never in support of any extremist in our religion.

Qur'an says (Surat Al-'An`am [6:108]):

And do not insult those they invoke other than Allah , lest they insult Allah in enmity without knowledge. Thus We have made pleasing to every community their deeds. Then to their Lord is their return, and He will inform them about what they used to do.

In other words, we muslims should not insult other religions: if we do, then they may retaliate, and when they do that, you've actually harmed them by making them do something out of ignorance. Of course, every community thinks it is on the right track, so it is for Allah to judge between them when the time comes.

Allah also says Surat Al-Muzzammil , (73:10):

And be patient over what they [the non-Muslims insulting him and Islam] say and avoid them with gracious avoidance.

So insulting them is simply not part of the Islamic ethos. Muslims should not behave in the same way non-Muslims do.
This is very glaring that these christians are very jealous of islam.
Many unbelievers in the past have done more than that and still yet islam still prevail and prominent in the world.
