#1 Breathing Excercise:



Sit on the yoga mat in padmasana.
Now close your eyes and take a normal breathe for 3 times and relax.
Now take a deep breathe and through nostrils and hold for minimum of 10 seconds .
Now release the breathe and hold for 10 seconds.
Repeat this for about 10 minutes
This is an excellent skin booster as the oxygen enters while taking deep breathe.

#2 Sun Salutations

Practicing sun salutations is a very much useful to get glowing skin because it is much useful when practiced in the early morning.Inclusive of 12 yoga poses and well known as mother of YOGA.It gives much flexibility to our body.


#3 Sharvangasana

As the name indicates sharva anga all body parts will get blood circulation and hence we get glowing skin.


Lie on the yoga mat in comfortable level so that your whole back part should be on the floor.
Both legs should be together and straight.
Now take a deep breathe and release and repeat for 3 more times.
Now slowly raise your both legs with a deep breathe.
Keep your hands on the floor to get some support (mostly recommended for beginners)
Hold on this pose for minimum of 15 to 20 seconds.
Exhale and come back to the normal position by bringing legs to floor.
Get relaxed
Practice this yoga pose for 5 to 10 times perday certainly at evarly morning time.

#4 Dhanurasana

In this pose ,we can get additinal uses othe than glowing skin.

#5 Hastapadasana.




Stand straight with legs together on the yoga mat probably you can be in tadasana.
Take a normal breathe for 3 times and relax.
Now inhale and bring your arms above the head.
Exhale and bend towards forward slowly and downwards so that arms should rest on floor.
Hold in this pose for 20 seconds and can be more if you can.
Keep the legs and spine erect.
keep your arms beside the feet.
Now exhale and come back to the normal postion.
Not even for glowing skin it also firms tummy ,hips and thighs.

What Is Dhanuraasana?
Dhanuraasan is also known as Bow pose .It is the basic posture in Hatha yoga.As the name indicates it will look like Bow or dhanush in shape.It also helps in effective reduction of weight loss and belly fat.It can also relieves back pain,knee pains etc ..

How To Do Dhanuraasana?


To do this asana,first lie flat on the stomach on a comfortable ,level surface preferably on a yoga mat.
Slowly take a deep breathe and exhale and repeat it for two more and get relax.
Now Inhale.
Now fold your knees backwards and hold both legs with hands respectively,and exhale.
Be careful do not exhale while folding your legs it will be uncomfortable and cannot give desired results .
Now inhale,lift your chest part and raise your head upto your reach and exhale.
Hold the legs with your hands for considerable time probably around 10-15 secounds that is the time you are able to hold the breathe
Now inhale and bring back you head.
Relieve your legs and come back to normal position and get relaxed.
Tip:
Take care of your breathing pausage.
Ladies shouldnot do this asana when you are in periods.
If you have severe respiratory problem ,low or high blood pressure and severe back ache,recent abdominal surgery,hernia,neck pain do not perform this asana.

Drink atleast 3 ltrs of water.It primarily removes toxins ,from resources it has been proved that a person with 20 kg of weight should drink one l ltr of water to meet his daily requirements.so calculate your weight and take sufficient water.

Eat protien based food and lower carbs.
