U just have to be careful with those assuring u of replacement and giving u appointment letters...
If they wanted to do replacement proper, then they would not have announced a massive recruitment, they would have just done the replacement low key, just the way it is been done in the past and in other agencies
But the recruitment would have to be completed before replacement, except they wan convert the whole thing to replacements

. protest abi they go hasten am sharp sharp. Nysc camp has been opened, ASUU strike will soon be called off...ur president has been launching different youth empowerment scheme, all in the space of two weeks... They will do everything possible to engage the youth, try to please them , so that they will not loose those vote in 2023( though not possible)
This protest will really go a long way to help,

Me I don't know if it's recruitment list o abi replacement but I sha know say dem compile list within the last 3weeks. I receive 3 calls to that effect on same NIS/NSCDC but I cannot ask questions which is which. I heard it's replacement but let's watch and see.

Note: I no know anybody just the normal hustle and bustle. My advice is that we all should keep reaching out, we can never know who will have us in mind.
