I was refused turkey visa in 2019, do i have to specify that in my application? Thanks

...since u said u added ur ex as ur legal wife in ur last application....it may likely trigger asking u for divorce certificate if u now present another woman's name as ur wife in a new application ...

Baba. Make sure u submit a divorce letter with the application if u want to avoid unnecessary NSF.....
Infact ..if u plan on going with ur kid... make sure u divorce letter has the section that addresses ur kid's welfare stating u as owner of full custody.... Otherwise forget about taking ur kid.

If u don't have divorce certificate..... U are on ur own...... U may be lucky the ECO may not check wife details and just move forward with ur application once u have declared ur past refusal.... Some of them are not very thorough......most of them are always in beast mode... They look for reason for refusal first before reason for approval...

Also...u must be able to prove ur new marriage is real, if ur new marriage is less than 2 yrs old..... Considering u were still married not too long ago

Thank you for this insightful response, those were my thoughts exactly and i am just trying to be on the safe side. Now to the divorce letter, do i get it from the court like an affidavit or it has to be filed by a lawyer? I really appreciate your response

Please i need your help people, i applied for a visit visa in 2019 which was denied because i did not explain my transactions, the issue i have now is that i added my partner back then as my wife since we lived in the same house and we have a child together but along the line we have gone our separate ways and i now legally married to another woman with 2 kids. I want to make another application now this december and i dont know if they will request for divorce papers or how do i go about explaining to them that we are not officially married since my details will change when i submit this new application in december. Please help
