Cattle rearing is a private business. If they want a land to graze they should buy a land for grazing and the FG should stop using Public funds.

why will FG use public fund to contruct ranches for a private business of cattle rearing.
cattle rearing remains a private business in the world and Nigeria in particular just like crop farming and fishing. FG want to cause another bloodshed coz the farmers and fishermen will starting killing just like the herdsmen...
