Check and calculate your balance very well an undisclosed amount is missing in your balance. Add it up with why you were charged and divide by the amount of USD then you'll get the actual rate of your transaction.

I did double check and no other charges. That was the charge on the US dollar transaction. Still surprising though, good luck i must say.
