Best regards.
I have been a member of Nairaland for 14 years now and I use multiple devices to access this platform. However, only one of them is currently logged in. Recently, I started exploring threads before they get moved to the front page. Sadly, I have noticed that the moderators show bias and disdain towards some users on this platform. While I acknowledge that there are people who use toxic and prohibited languages, it is the responsibility of the moderators to manage them in a polite manner. Even Mr Seun, the founder of Nairaland, is not left out in this matter. He made comments on Twitter about Obidients, which I found insulting rather than funny. However, it is his opinion, and he is entitled to it. What matters most is that he should put Nairaland in order, and the moderators should treat every user equally.
One thing that keeps me coming back to Nairaland is the news. It saves me time because I do not have to visit other platforms like Vanguard or Sahara Reporters to get news. Unfortunately, the news updates on Nairaland have been slow lately. I think Mr Seun knows the reason behind this and should take action to improve the situation.
muyico: Not new nah! Many bf that contained both females and animals full online! Even i ve 1 bf on my fone man f*uking mockey and mockey moaning so loud
headofschool: The same way some of you don't understand why INEC spent 300billion naira and claiming it should have used it to improve lives... shallow minds. BVAS machine for the whole polling unit in Nigeria (let's assume 700,000machines X #20,000per device = 14billion) software customization and installation, hosting and updating, 30billion, I.T company staff payment 20billion (currency exchange), logistics (flights, accomodation in both countries, transportation, licenses, taxes etc) for machine and staff from very first day 35billion,now come to naija logistics within naija will be way more expensive because the organization will need to overpay it's staff for transport service to avoid stories that would disturb the credibility of the process. transportation cost in naija alone go reach 50billion, not to forget they were also operating during the fuel crisis and cashless crisis, staff payment (regular) and ad-hoc 80billion or more, housing/logding/feeding 50billion. The pre and post process will cost nothing less than 280billion with miscellaneous and failed/repeated tasks.
In this same way, you know next to nothing about launching satellites, ordinary companies are thousands of satellites which is why you are enjoying their service. Talk of SpaceX alone not even the whole Tesla company (launched around 30,000 satellites and Amazon is planning to do almost the same). We are even talking about the big guys like Google, NASA etc Big Tech companies etc. Now naija wanted to launch 2 satellites, just 2 and there is uproar already that they should use the money for something else, later you will be crying that data is expensive, Nigeria is backward, Security is wack etc...I bet you don't know importance of having satellites
Oga na 179000 polling units we get no make assumptions with inflated figures
Olabukola11: In all that is happening to Asiwaju only the northern governors of APC extraction seems to speak out against Buhari, Emefiele and their rub ish policy.
Where are our southern gov. Hope, Auade, Umeahi, Sanwo-Olu and others.
Are they sitting on the fence because they don't know the outcome of this election. I can understand that of Hope cos he is still going for second term and wouldn't want to risk his chance by attacking Buhari. Why is UmeHi and Ayade so calm as if everything Rossy.
Y’all forget how Tinubu and some southern governors betrayed Jonathan, called him names.
Stop complaining, what goes around…. Peter is coming to fix this mess Tinubu and his party created. If he fails, we change him after 4 years.
Cherish233: Politics in the so called house of God 🙄 this generation is just blinded. Obi is a good candidate and a better person for the position but not to campaign inside the church!😤
Trollronaldo: If you bring Jesus Christ to contest for presidential election in Nigeria, he can still lose the election. People will still find a reason to vote their tribesman ahead of Jesus Christ or they might prefer to vote their religious person.
See, there are a lot of people in this country that will vote Tinubu ahead of Jesus Christ. They don't care about who Jesus Christ or his character.
Nigerians are mad people, don't underestimate the power of stupidd people in large gathering.
Win or not, I go still vote obi, at least I’d be counted among the people that tried to free Nigeria from wickedness
y2jacob1: Na person wey never go another person papa farm de think say na him papa farm big pass for their village!
Whether anybody wants to hear this or not, the Governor Nyesom Wike –led Peoples Democratic Party in Rivers state is possibly not going to have any candidates at all in the forthcoming elections except he swallows the humble pile and retrace his steps which now could best be described as self-destruct and at worst broad day suicide.
If not for the blindness of inordinate ambition, Wike and his group have realised that practically nobody in the country is interested anymore in him or his G-5 clowns but he just wouldn’t realise it. The Atiku he’s been fighting doesn’t have any time whatsoever for him or his hangers-on governors just that the former vice president initially opted to play the statesman role in Wike’s overstretched tantrum.
RichDad25: As the elections draw nearer, a lot has happened in the country regarding which candidate is suitable and most qualified to rule the country. Several questions has been asked about the candidates and how competent they are to rule the country. For sure we can't tell the health status of all candidates nor the figures rendered for projects completed in their past administration. However, one major factor that will play a major role in the 2023 election is Nigerians coming to vote on that day of election.
This video made it clear the opinions of Nigerians at the moment. Are the three major parties going to battle it hard on that day or will APC have their way considering the fact they are power. This and many questions this interview will answer for you. Please watch the video and share.
