OK. don't just buy for buying sake. Go for EXPIRED/DELETED domains that have rich keywords, product or service related and have high search volume and CPC. Learn and Understand the basic tools and softwares needed before investing. You may be frustrated in manual searching. Getting these things right only need you to start with just three domains then you can be investing more once you start seeing results. On your domain there's always a lucky sell and the price is usually high. This may fall to such category. list in several marketplaces and check your email often but don't go for auctions.

you're yet to change the name servers. Moreover there's no much value for your domain. The CPC is a bit OK but the traffic ranking is zero. Parking it will not be encouraging.

but I have changed the name server from where I registered it. And if I decide to sell like how much do u think will be reasonable enough. I wish to sell it fast.

successful parking means changing the name servers to your intended parking company's server. This supposed to be done immediately after listing the domain in their platform. without that, no adverts will be shown and no revenue will be generated.

If you are doing outbound sales; no matter the amount you name your domain price, the buyer will have to negotiate and you then come into agreement and close the deal. But if you put your domains in auction, you are advised to put BIN on the auction, the buyer may decide to buy or leave it or click the opening bid and in such case you will now decide to sell or disagree with him. Though auction varies from one to others, you need to read their rules before embark on selling your domain with them, so that you will know how to place your order.

Try to market it on many marketplaces, such as afternic, sedo, godaddy, undeveloped, namesilo and others. Just try to give it enough exposure and the buyer can see it on one of the marketplaces. use a very low opening bid and put the BIN high for say $1500.

pls, I listed the domain for sale on bido last night. But, till this moment what is am seeing on my sales status is awaiting ownership verification. Does it take that long to get verified?

The domain is not bad, but how many people do you think will need to buy this. Only those who are into web traffic biz and they are very few. In that case the domain is good for development but what experience do you have fro development of this kind domain. It may take time to sell and if you are not ready to wait for a likely long time you better request for a refund from the registrar where you registered it. But if you can wait for say, 3 to 5 years it may sell. However, these are human appraisals, as you know, I am not God! It may sell before then, but that will based on luck.

So the domain could be sold for low $xxxx.

If you are new in domain biz, please do not go into other extensions, just stick to .coms for now and keep learning. With lots of experience, you can buy .net .org, .info etc. But have it in mind that those domains may not sell on time as you may want. However, they will sell if they are well chosen. Well chosen in terms of rarity. Selling this types of domain name has a peculiar strategy for selling them. If you are investing on Chinese domains; you can venture on .cn and .cc or go for hacking types of domain niche - such as ita.ly, world.ly, selli.ng marketi.ng, wi.ng etc and they also have their peculiar sales startegy aswell. So that is why you should stick to .coms for now.

Google knows everything, but they are not everything on internet. Let me tell you, it is not everybody that are using adsense. Adsense is just one good market out of many markets online. The domain that are banned by adsense does not have anything to do with many other marketplaces. Such as affiliate market and ebay and others.

If you have any domain/s banned with adsense, the worst is that you can not use such for adsense and can be useful for other markets for money making. Chikena. OK?

This last week is a great one in the ccTLD market trend; the market was highly appreciated. Normally, there were plenty of .coms sales, but due to our business niche report; we brought you lots of country codes sales from various marketplaces, including sedo ongoing auction of the Austrian .AT domains. Sedo have just concluded the first batch of their one, two and few three letters and numbers .AT, also including several IDN domain names in the auction during the course of the week.

Out of the total 266 domains sold in the first batch; Sedo alone sold 250 in all, out of the names and other marketplaces sold the rest domains that are not .at domains, but other ccTlDs. Most expensive one among the domain sold at sedo auction is C.AT which was sold for €56,000/ $60,000. About 600 bidders tried their best to acquire c.at and other domains in the auction. The domain authority (DA) and page authority (PA) tells much about a website. To buy expired domains, try to select the ones with a DA/PA of 25 and above. Like i said earlier Moz dotcom can help you check the DA/PA of any site in few seconds.

if a domain has high cpc and traffic but a low da/pa, is it advisable to register such domain if your intention is to park and sell.

Truth is that you will SELL domains at bido but hardly can you make money there. If you can follow up those cheap domains you may have sold there and how much it was later resold you may decide not to ever go for auctions again esp. @ bido. Selling a domain name even $150 as a newbie is not encouraging. #myopinion
