Listen very well again to the video, he said "you don't have money doesn't mean you are poor,poverty is mentality". All of you guys just pick up that money having mentality. The whole dates in Lagos is already occupied in 2025 till April2026.... Although if you are vigilant you will still get one or two dates between March and April 2026. I get Monday 30th march 2026 for one of my 3clients this morning. So stay online 24/7 I think you will get or you can render services of some guys. But the whole Lagos dates in both remaining months of 2025 till April 2026 are already occupied. Customer support are limited to some questions especially date of interview matter they have no access to that only to clear errors or sort out some others issues.

Thanks for the advice. I ave contacted the customer service but the response I got was that there is really no date for Lagos, not even 2026, the calender stops at 2025 so will it be ok to wait and keep checking util dates are made available and I hope my visa fees will not have expired by then?

He/she doesn't need to fill another ds160. He should carry on with his interview date. Such stuff is allowed

You won't be paying another fee. All you have do are as follows:
1. Fill another DS160 and choose Abuja.
2. Raise a ticket on your AVITS portal that you want to update your DS160.

That's all, the issue will be rectified within 24-48 hours.

Such is allowed. They will just scan the barcode on your confirmation page and your data will be transfered to Abuja Consulate. You are free to do so. I have done it several times for my clients and they were issued visa with no problem.

You can't. You are advised to attend your interview in the original location you picked. I believe you will need to pay another fee.

Perharps others can help.

Dates are available for Abuja (Nov & Dec. 2025) while for Lagos it's (March & April 2026)

Hello All,

I’ve been checking everyday for the last two months to get an appointment for my mother b1/b2 visa at the Abuja embassy. I am not able to see any dates, and I can only view the current month ( eg in March I could only see March but nothing ever is available) but also see that neither Lagos nor Abuja has any available dates. Yet, I am seeing people booking dates in October. Is this happening to others? When I asked the help desk about this , their response was pretty unhelpful as usual.

Hello. The only avenue is through emergency appointment and i don't think you qualify because emergency appointment is based on three (3) categories; 1. Student emergency, 2. Business emergency, and 3. Medical emergency.


But if you have a tailored invitation letter for the graduation you may be granted an emergency appointment. GOOD LUCK.
