That was the response I got from my bank. They issue debit card not credit cards

If you have submitted an application form and noticed some mistakes on the printout, please correct them manually and confirm the corrections with a signature next to it. There is no need to make a new application. The above info is from the Polish Embassy Mumbai website but i think it applies to all Polish Embassies. Please i need help with the specifics of the health insurance requirement for the students visa. Am i to buy a cover for the entire 2 years of studies, 1 year for the visa duration applied for or less than a year will be good. Any help will be appreciated. Thank You.
